Really helped my son build his mark making skills, you can see his progress throughout the book. Stickers inside are a good touch too. I'd say age 2 is a little young for some of the activities nearer to thr back. Tip: use pencil so you can rub out and reuse with your child.

My son (age 2.75) absolutely loved this book...he's got through the whole thing in about a week! I've ordered some of the 3+ ones as a follow up. There's a whole series but this one seems to focus particularly on drawing lines and colouring. My son had barely used pens/crayons before and his confidence has come on loads in the past week. Would rate it more highly that the Kumon beginning cutting/pasting books actually. There's a lot of variety, it's clearly really thought through for the age, there's a sticker for each completed activity. He will sit and play with it by himself if i am not available to help him.
