Requires an app to use
This ketone meter is easy to use and comes with several silicone mouth pieces. What I don't like about it is that it requires an app that also requires your location in order to use it. I feel like it's not really necessary and an odd requirement. As for the accuracy, I'm not sure since I have nothing to compare it to. Rechargeable device that I just need to breathe into to use for measurements.

Wouldn’t stay paired to my phone
I was disappointed with this product and returned it. Each time I used it, I had to reload the app which was the only way to view reading therefore it didn’t keep records of reads either. It was small enough for portability

Meter Functions Properly; Network Requirement Suspect
Downloaded apps and made successful connection to phone. Initiated apps and conducted several tests. I am currently evaluating results with hopes of establishing a baseline which has not been successful and has taken much time. I am also trying to understand the initial ketone reading which indicated a level 4 but with a 6.6 value and that value exceeds the upper range of level 4 as shown. I do not have a comparative blood test so I cannot comment on meter accuracy. I have obtained 2 tests following the minimum time elapse and the results are reasonably close which indicates some consistency. I don’t like that the app requires a network connection with permission to track location prior to initiation. It bothers me that other data may be accessible and uploaded without knowledge.

Easy to Set Up and Accurate Gepphill Breath Ketone Meter
It's easier to set up, to use and accurate than expected. First, just charge it up via USB C charger, then download the "Ketone Meter" App., open the app, turn on the meter, then it will guide you from there with voice prompts. After preheating, the app will let you know when it's ready and urge you to blow into the meter for a few seconds. Then immediately comes the result. This is a great meter for those with diabetes and for those on a ketone diet. It's not as accurate as blood tests, but who likes to have his blood drawn every time he wants to know whether his body is using glucose or using fat at the time. I've self tested several times and compare with my blood glucose tests, it seems accurate enough to me. Very helpful. I like this meter a lot for how easy it's to use whenever I want and the accurate result it's providing me whenever I have a minute or two (open the app, blow a few seconds into the meter is all it takes). Highly recommend this easy to use and accurate Breath Ketone Meter.

Consistent readings
Easy to use and seems to work fine. Before this, when on keto diet I used a blood sample to test. Although keto works for me and I do it a couple of times a year, the readings have always been mysterious. This is a great way to check ketone level . I believe a baseline once established is the best way to see your trend in ketone level. Before, my level never varied a lot but I lost a lot of weight quickly over two months. I will update when I have a longer test period.

easy to use but...
I uploaded screenshots of some of my results over the past few days - in general I have been averaging ~4-5 which is quite surprising to me so I picked up a urine test kit. The urine test reads negative, or a trace, which is consistent with my last physical's lab work (only ~a month ago). I have not been overly active lately and I would expect the breath meter to have much lower reading of 1 or less. I also had some very erratic readings in the 10-15 range that made no sense. One day when I first woke up I had a 3.48 reading and ~a minute later I had a 15.05 reading. There is a pop-up message stating "Repeated breath tests may show lower readings..." but in my case I got extremely high ones. Before I started using the meter I had concerns why the app required me to share my exact location or why it would even need my approximate location. I messaged the seller who very quickly responded - kudos for the very fast responses. The seller's response was "the Ketone Meter uses GPS data to determine local temperature and humidity, adjusting the sensor response as needed for optimal sensitivity". But does that make sense? Why should the meter be calibrated for the outdoor conditions? The temperature and humidity vary greatly indoors vs outdoors so calibrating using GPS sourced data would logically make it less accurate than setting it to an average indoor air temp and humidity. I get concerned with apps requiring permissions needlessly.Overall I like the meter, it is very easy to use but I cannot reconcile the readings I am getting to urine test or just common sense that I have not been active enough to jive with the readings.I plan to continue to use the meter to look for patterns but more so as a novelty than an instrument.

Works good
I am really pleased with this Breath Ketone Meter with Free App Tracker, for Personal Ketosis Testing. I got this meter since my fiancé found out he is a diabetic recently. It was easy to set up and use, good quality, and seems to be accurate compared to his other meters. We are still learning all the features it offers but pleased with it so far.
