First Bottle
Not sure I noticed a difference. But they do advertise it takes at least 3 bottles before you see a difference and this is my first bottle. I’m going to try another bottle.

Pills contain pepper which may cause user to sneeze.
I don't know whether or not these pills help lubricate my knees. They don't seem to be doing any harm. There is one oddity about the pills. They contain pepper. I sneeze when I take the pills because of the pepper.

Does not mitigate pain. Will not purchase again.

To early to tell the impact of the product
I have only used the product for a week. Also, I have a knee problem that may need surgery. So far, nothing positive to report. However, I feel that is too early to make a recommendation. May take a month of use before being able to evaluate. Additionally, my knee may be too damage for the product to have a positive impact. To make a negative comment, in my opinion is not appropriate or fair. The product may have a positive impact on less damaged knee.
