This GreenPan x Bobby Flay set has completely elevated my cooking experience. The non-stick surface works beautifully — eggs, pancakes, and sauces slide right off with minimal oil. Cleanup is a breeze. The 13-piece variety covers everything you need in the kitchen. The pans heat evenly and feel solid and well-crafted. You can tell this is a quality set built to last. I got a Bobby Flay GreenPan 2Qt. sauce pan to replace an anodized nonstick pan that was flaking way too early in its life. Loved it immediately. Inside and outside, cleanup is a breeze and it is holding up well. Decided to get this set to replace other anodized cookware. I'm so glad I did. They all work great and am still really loving these pans. Since I had the 2 qt already, gave it to my son and it's become his favorite, even on a standard electric cook top. I cook on gas and induction and both work great. Two minor issues: - 1. Would love it if the two fry pans had lids. Ended up buying some universal lids. 2. All of the pans are not very thick on the bottom. It's most noticeable on the fry pans as they aren't perfectly flat, being depressed around the edges where the side turn up, barely but it is there. Has not been much of an issue because these are fantastically non-stick. Thicker bases are better distributing and holding heat but again, not very apparent. Especially not so, on my separate induction cooktop. All in all the minor issues are not enough to knock of a star. If you're still using anodized non-stick, even from top brands, its time to make a change.

I am beyond upset and disappointed with these pots and pans. I carefully read and followed all of the care instructions exactly as directed. I never put them in the dishwasher, never used heat above 6 on the stove, and never used abrasive sponges or utensils. I only used the silicone utensils that came with the set. I even avoided stacking them in the cabinet, despite the amount of space that required, and always waited for them to cool completely before washing them. I took every precaution possible to preserve them and keep them in good condition. Unfortunately, none of that seemed to matter. Around February or March, everything started sticking regardless of the type of oil used or what I was cooking. I purchased this set in September, so I only got about six months of proper use before the performance noticeably declined. For the amount of care I put into maintaining them, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that I am now in a position where I need to replace them already. I should have known to just return them when I was sent the wrong color. Stay away they are fragile and over priced!
