Good looking helmet loaded with features. Ready for communications, Pin lock included, good fit, love the matte blue finish. Not cheap, but highly if not top rated everywhere I saw it reviewed.

Very comfortable helmet. Coming from a full face sedici which isn’t bad (300$) but immediately after putting this on at cycle gear I knew I had to purchase. They didn’t have the athracite in small which is why I bought here. I also hooked it up with a cardo freecom which rocks !!

Beautiful and terrific quality, fits as anticipated and expected excellent quality. Would buy again if needed. Great quiet helmet, very happy with it.

Overall this is a awesome helmet. Of course I made my purchase in November in west Michigan so it's a little hard to judge the ventilation, but I have rode with it open and I can tell that it is better than my Shoei GT Air. I wear a size large and this fits great! I have one other modular helmet from another manufacturer and the the Neotec II is more comfortable and quite than that one. The appearance of the Metallic Anthracite is beautiful. This is the first helmet that I have owned without D rings and I have to play around with the adjustment a little as I seem to feel the buckle on my neck. If I were to have a complaint it would be that and the fact that it is on the pricey side, oh and that I have been looking at the Neotec II for several months and never see them on sale.

Ultra high quality product ... a tad pricey but worth the money as I depend on it to possibly save my life.

The helmet is awesome. Every aspect shoei claims is true. The only flaw however is the sizing which is no fault of shoei’s. It’s a faultof those who do not know how a helmet should fit when new. I was on the top end of the medium size range in the chart so I bumped up to a large as other reviews I read said it was the thing to do as they claimed the sizes ran small. They were wrong. A helmet needs to fit pretty snug when new. The internal padding will get smashed down over time and a helmet that fits perfect when brand new will end up being too big shortly down the road and will not be able to properly protect you in case of an accident. My advice would be to purchase whatever size the chart says you are after measuring your head. Shoei has it figured out.

This is my 3rd Shoei Neotech and it packed with lots of features. A built-in flip up sun visor, Pin lock anti-fog lens, air ventilation tunnel on top and near the bottom of the visor, quick connect strap, and it's modular. The entire front of the helmet completely opens up to get more fresh air at a signal light or to talk to someone easier. I love these helmets. They're hand-made in Japan. I have one complaint. This helmet for some reason has a high pitched whistle noise on the freeway and I cannot figure out why. My 2 other Shoei helmets didn't have that noise. Even when my visor and vents are completely closed, I still get that whistling noise. ☹️ I'm not going to return the helmet, it's just an annoyance I'm going to live with.

Bought this hemet to replace a LS2 Valiant II. The LS2 was an XXL and after about 15 min the head pressure made the ride a lot less enjoyable. Did some checking and narrowed it down to the NEOTEC and another. Tried this one; because, it was the closest to the LS2; which, I really liked. The pressure is gone. It is also XXL; but, seems to be more oval. Not a fan of matt colors; but wanted blue and it was advertised as a metallic matt blue. Should have know better...Anything good is hard to get these days. This was pricey; but, I would buy it again if I needed one.
