THE NORTH FACEMen's Exploration Regular Pants

Fits great and extremely comfy with plenty of pockets
Love them! The sizing is correct; I'm a 32 waist and it fits perfectly along the waist. The only thing I thought was strange was that Amazon sells these only in waist sizes with no option to select the leg length but on The North Face's website can select short, regular or long. I figured that they were regular and when they arrived it was indeed a regular. The trousers have a nice tapered fit to them, unlike most cargo pants which are straight all the way down and so don't create bagginess but still able to go over your boots. They also fit very nicely along the thigh, not being too tight or baggy. It comes with a nice fleece lined waist so it feels nice and warm and the button closure is nice and secure. Fly zip which makes things so much easier. They are also very stretchy! No restriction on movement so bending down or crouching doesn't expose your behind.Another great feature of this is the 5 zipped pockets; four at the front, one at the back and all deep enough to fit a decent amount of stuff in.Only downside: I loved the Asphalt Grey that I wanted to buy the brown but Amazon is selling it for £15 more?

Practical and comfortable but annoying loops and cannot iron even though get creased
I've only worn these once so far but they're comfortable and have a good selection of secure pockets. However, in my opinion the little loops that are there so you can roll up the bottom of the trousers (which isn't something I do a lot!) I think spoil the looks a bit and could snag on vegetation. Also, the trousers were quite badly creased when I received them - not a problem I thought until I looked at the label and saw they couldn't be ironed. It could be a problem when travelling if they crease easily.

Brilliant
Very best trekking pants I have ever bought. The North Face offers 2 similar pairs of trekking pants, Tankard and Exploration, you wouldn't notice any difference in comfort etc, however, the Tankard for some unknown reason doesn't have a back pocket, and I need a back pocket. I can highly recommend these for trekking in Spring through to Autumn.

Too big even though I was normally prepared for some size variation with mass produced pants
I expected size to be a little off with mass produced clothes as I typically vary between sizes 30 to 32 (in) when it comes to pants. But these are way too big unfortunately. Had to return them - a first time ever for me all these years as Amazon customer. Disappointed to have wasted money on postage from NZ to UK. Hope I will get my refund at least for what I paid for the pants.

Very Poor after sales.
I ordered a size 36” the trousers received were labelled 36” but measured somewhere between 38/40”.I asked to return to which they’ve agreed however I will now have to wait some 2 weeks for credit.....this timespan is too long!Other Amazon returns are credited when goods are posted, why should this be the case for faulty merchandise?

Excellent quality and fit
Excellent quality and fit, slim not the usual baggy walking trousers. Good number of useful zippered pockets and really liked the colour. Smart enough for casual wear

Top quality hiking trousers
Excellent pair of walking trousers. Comfortable, very lightweight and look nice. Good fit with lots of stretch when required as well being very practical. Lots of pockets available and most are zipped. Can be rolled up the leg to make half pants too.

This is North Face's best sports trouser.
A quality product; the stretch fabric makes for a comfortable and snugly-stylish fit. This is the best sports trouser that North Face offer, and the shorts version is equally good.
