UA Urolithin A Powder 100g

I’ve got to hand it to this company and this supplement, it’s seriously turned things around for me health wise. There’s hard evidence showing it improves strength by 12% and endurance by 17%, plus it’s proven to increase both longevity and healthspan. And the way it cuts down inflammation! That’s huge, considering how that’s tied to the root of most diseases and aging! Amazing supplement! Also no other supplement / company puts the 3rd party testing in! Which should be mandatory for all supplements! So I know I can trust them with this.

I can't make an argument for or against this supplement because its hard to tell if its working. You may or may not experience higher energy levels, but I did not. I can say that it mixes fairly easily, and will impart a slight beige color to any clear liquid or milk. It also is very neutral flavored so whatever you mix it with will not alter the flavor much, if at all. You don't need very much and the recommended dosage is 1 or 2 scoops per serving. The scoops are really tiny so this bag should last a long time if you don't overdo it. There are a lot of urolithin supplements all with varying quality and prices so if you find one that works for you then you may want to stick with that. If you want to try one that might be more expensive to see if it is head and shoulders above what you have tried already, then this might be an option. I give it 4 stars for ease of mixing, 4 stars for flavor, and overall between 3 and 4 stars since I can't tell a difference when taking it.

Urolithin A is said to be a cellular energy booster for strength, endurance, healthy aging and muscle recovery. It is actually produced in most bodies by gut microflora from foods rich in ellagitannins such as pomegranates, strawberries and walnuts. Its action is said to boost cellular energy in the mitochondria and thus improve mitochondrial health. There have been studies performed to see how Urolithin A improves this action in the body. The company Aeternum states all products are highest purity and 3rd party tested.Product comes as a grainy off white powder, directions are that Urolithin A can be taken sublingually, with or without food. I tried it sublingually, found it dry and grainy. I mixed some in water and took it that way. There is little to no taste. I did experience some bloating. Time will tell its effectiveness.There is a note on the packaging that says the serving size of 500mg to 1,000 mg is a "Suggestion Only. Products of this nature to be taken in consultation with a medical professional." Comes with a 500 mg scoop.

this is a very fine powder with a beige color. it kind of smells like vinegar. i am excited to use this in my skincare products. urolithin has been shown in clinical studies to prevent UVA damage when applied topically and not a lot of products include this ingredient. i am excited
