So I didn't have the opportunity to test the product, after making holes in the door they told me that wrong and incompatible parts were provided in the package. I had to return the product. من العيوب الرئيسية التطبيق بيعلق ، وما بفتح عن بعد تحتاج عدة مرات تحاول و احيانا ما يفتح ، البطارية فقط شهر بالكثير. بالاضافة خدمة عملاء على الواتس ما يردو مع انهم بيشوفو الرساله.، السوق في منتجات منافسة وافضل من ناحية التطبيق ما يعلق و يفتح بسهولة و بسعر اقل بالنص، اتوقع خدمة ما بعد التركيب بتكون مستحيلة عن احتجت الضمان.
