Bought this since you can no longer buy this style Dewalt battery. I was very nervous based on reviews I read. I got this and it worked right away. Seems to hold a charge for awhile. Fits perfect on my Dewalt screw-gun. Great price. Would buy again!

That it works is the biggest plus! I've had my DeWalt cordless drill for years, maybe even decades, and it still runs great. But the battery was starting to not hold a charge. Of course, DeWalt had to change up the design with a new battery and I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new drill set. But this battery fits perfectly, and so far, has held a charge and powers the drill just fine. My battery does not stick like some of the other reviews have stated, by the way.

This battery does exactly what I need it to do, fitting into my DeWalt drill easily, charging quickly, and working just fine over the couple of months that I have been using it.However, I discovered when I went to change the battery that the release buttons on either side fit very snugly, and require an excessive amount of force to release the battery: I needed to use my slip joint pliers at full expansion to depress the buttons firmly enough. I don't do this often, so it's not that much of an issue, but it is something that should be looked at because the original batteries slide out easily.Minus 1 star for the battery fit issue.

Just received these two replacement batteries just a few weeks after reporting the short life on the first battery of two. I let them know that only one was dead but they sent two anyway, Thank you. I am going to use these for a few months and report back on how they worked out. They fit fine in all of my 18volt Dewalt tools.

Had a problem and they solved it right away better then original⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would recommend 😉

right out of the box it fit my dewalt charger and then the drill. it has not lost its original charge yet like the one i replaced. its a keeper and a great price. who knew??.

This battery is a good replacement of the Original DeWalt battery for this Model of DeWalt Driver.However…the electrical terminals on this battery fits very snugly to the receiving terminals on the charger. That ‘fit’ could be improved!
