Pros: Great price (cheaper on Portronics site) Works with iOS (no Android support) 20 m Bluetooth range Cons: No Android support Sound is okay, not very loud No directional tracking like AirTag Won’t fit in AirTag covers It’s not as feature-rich as the AirTag, but for the price, it gets the job done for iPhone users.

I have more than 7 of these world tags just because of one reason! They work! I tried the Amazon aero tag, absolute waste of money. I tried Jio, it’s miserable. This tag by portronics has hands down the best tracking in its segment of tracker tags! It always manages to send its location and the location is accurate as well! I do not understand why are people having bad experiences with it. I live in Delhi and this tag works perfectly! For Delhi and ncr! There are enough ecosystem devices around for it to work flawlessly. I have bought from multiple sources, Amazon, Blinkit and their own website even. I have so many tags and all work perfectly! After using Amazon basic aero tags I realised how good these tags by portronics are.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product is completely useless. The main issue is that it doesn’t share live location as advertised. I tested it by putting it in my brother’s bag and sending him far from home, but it kept showing the location as my home. Even after he reached another city, there was no update — it still showed the old location. Worse, there is no proper way to report the issue or request a replacement on the app. The support options are very limited. When I tried selecting “Defective” or “Not Working,” the app just asked for a picture of the defect, which makes no sense for a tracking device. Very disappointed with both the product and the support system. Not recommended

I’m writing this review after using the device for seven months. While it’s certainly a more economical alternative to Apple AirTag, it comes with some notable limitations. The most significant drawback is the delayed live location updates, which can be frustrating—especially for frequent air travelers like myself who rely on real-time tracking for their luggage. Another disappointment is the battery quality. Despite the company’s claim of a one-year battery life, mine lasted only six months as the co. has used cheap generic 2032 battery cell. A few days ago, the device suddenly stopped working. Upon contacting customer support, I was advised to return the tag under warranty. However, I decided to try replacing the battery myself, and fortunately, it started working again. Verdict: You get what you pay for—lower price, limited functionality. ⸻

This is a very good product with excellent performance. The build quality is solid and it works perfectly for tracking my bike and other items. The location accuracy is impressive and the Bluetooth range is also reliable. Service and support are very good. Overall, a useful and dependable device for everyday safety and tracking needs.

Worst product. Powers on but failed to connect i have tried multiple times. I think it’s not compatible with 17 pro max. Seems like firmware problem. Also called customer care but it keeps saying write a email
