Porta Pro Wireless 2.0

For those of us who loved (and love still!) the PortaPro when cabled headphones were the only game in town, this wireless version is a godsend. Is it identical to the original? No. But is it very much in its spirit? Absolutely.

Brilliant almost matches cable connection

These are really great Bluetooth headphones. I used to be a buyer of the wired Porta Pro but since they didn’t have a Bluetooth version back in the day, I moved away from Koss. Now we have Bluetooth I’m back and I am not disappointed. The sound quality is perfect for my gym workouts. They’re very comfortable as always and look great. And I still haven’t recharged the battery from when I first did it after purchasing. That’s well over a month! Just about to buy a second pair for my son‘s birthday.

This is not my first pair of Koss Porta Pro. I've had pairs back in the 80's and the problem with those was that they were wired and the cords always got snagged on something and then soldering would give way. 😢But now we have a Bluetooth version which should mean happy days, right. Well I'm afraid not. I've bought a pair and after six weeks they have shorts which lead to a loss in signal in my left head phone. Gutted I am. Relly like the Koss porta pro sound. It's a little flat but well balanced for the price. It's the build quality that kills these headphones, or should I say its lack of robustness. Shame.

sounds like normal koss porta pro wired albeit a small loss in sound quality compared to wired. price @ 20k is very steep for non anc simple af headphone. i just bought it for the cool design and style. for sound just spend 5k more and buy sony xm5 instead. overall i’m satisfied with the product since I know what i bought it for.

Guter Klang, qualitativ hochwertig, verbindet schnell. Der Klang ist aber im Vergelich zu den Ohrhängern nicht viel besser.

I've been a huge fan of Koss Porta-Pros for many years now.Over the years they've made all sorts of special editions, wireless editions and wired versions. And I've owned SEVERAL of these.I'm telling you right now, these are the DEFINITIVE version of the KOSS PortaPros.Porta Pros finally enter the 21st century with wireless listening. With virtually ZERO added bulk or weight compared to the wired versions. The Bluetooth connectivity works GREAT. I have these paired to my iPhone and they automatically sync up and start playing music when I turn them on. The range is awesome too, and I can put my phone down and basically walk around the entire gym without losing signal. I literally turn these on before I go into the gym and don't have to worry about them at all. I forget I'm even wearing them sometimes...These have ALL the feature you'd expect from any other pair of Porta Pros. They fit great, have a snug and light feeling. I can go running and they do not slip or fall off my head, even with heavy sweat on my hair. And my favorite part, is because of their fitment design, I can wear these while I'm bench pressing and they don't fall off my head. Anybody who's used large over the ear headphones and have done bench work outs know how much of a pain this is.And deliver that iconic bass heavy, open back sound from any pair of Porta Pros. They are open headphones, so the outside sound WILL leak into your ears. While is not a flaw, but a design feature, it's something to note about these headphones if this is your first set of KOSS Porta Pro's.Charging is a breeze, and one charge will easily last me all day. As an added bonus, when the battery does eventually die, you can still listen to these headphones via the included USB-C to AUX cable. Huge plus.In an era when companies are nickle and diming you, the included USB-C charging cable, usb to aux cable AND semi rigid zippered case is a HUGE plus.On board controls are super easy to use. And I can change tracks, adjust volume on the fly.Audio quality over bluetooth sounds great, and sounds even better over the corded connection. Calls also sound great through this headset. People on the other end can hear me loud and clear.If you are on the fence, buy them. I do not regret these at all. They are my new daily driver for the gym and around the house.

Hasta ahora ha funcionado perfectamente, tengo 15 de uso. Solo lo he usado con cable y conectado a un convertidor DAC Questyle iM15.El sonido me sorprendió me parece que suena mejor para algunos tracks que los audiotechnica M50x. Hasta ahora recomiendo mucho, pero no sé si el Bluetooth funcione igual.
