The BalanceFrom 3-in-1 changed all of that. Right out of the box (no pun intended), the foam construction is noticeably dense and firm — this thing doesn't compress under your feet when you land, it absorbs the impact the way it's supposed to. The three heights are a genuine selling point, not just a gimmick. I use 24" for warm-ups, 36" for my working sets, and I've been working up to the 60" on heavier training days. No need to buy multiple boxes. The non-slip surface on all sides is also a big deal — I train on a rubber gym mat and this thing doesn't budge. The zip-off cover makes cleaning a breeze after a sweaty session. My only minor gripe is that the seams could be a little more reinforced, but after four months of daily use they're still holding strong.
