Direct TV Wb68 Mutiswitch 6x8

I have used this multiswitch in a couple different installations with my DirecTV and it has always performed flawlessly. I can't speak to its reliability when installed outdoors, as I have always used it in the attic, but it has endured in spite of the temperature and humidity extremes up there. The "feel" of it is solid and gives the impression of a quality product.A nice feature is that it comes with caps to go over the unused ports to keep dust and moisture out, so if I ever need to add another cable run, there will be a clean reliable connection.This multiswitch is a must if you have a DVR and need to run 2 cables to the box. It is also much superior to a standard splitter on single-cable runs too. I highly recommend it for any satellite installation.

It does what it suppose to do, for older Direct TV systems. It came on time and was well packaged.

The shipped the wrong item, said there mistake, but offered no other course but return my money. Told to keep wrong item.Had to purchase correct item from someone else.

This is the same unit DTV uses for installations where not all receivers are HD. The price was great and I thought to save a few bucks. Climbed up into the attic placed between antenna cables and in-house cables. Super now I have two cables to the HD DVR for recording one show while watching another. Lasted one week. Paid DTV the big bucks to replace it with it's good twin. I understand that most electronic devices either die quickly or last for years. You decide.

Talk about easy to install!! What a no brainier!! Great price and a 10-year old can install. What more can I say, it shipped on time and I now have twice as many outputs to work with.

It does what it is designed for but now at a very good price.
