A nice db monitor. Easy to use and accurate, to the best of my knowledge. The carry case is a nice plus. Definitely a good product.

IT works great

Works as advertised and I didn't expect it to be of this high quality. The display is awesome and the weight and feel indicate a very high quality product.

This meter just isn't as good as the old radio shack meters. Even on slow it jumps around to much.

It reads low battery with brand new batteries. Batteries do not fit well either. Very lose tolerances. I am returning it as I write this. I've had it for 15 minutes. The construction quality is very poor. Too bad, it seemed to have nice features. Also, Amazon is being difficult with the refund. I had to contact my bank.

Because it's digital (and not analogue) it only gives you snapshots of the dB, no matter whether you set "fast" or "slow".This makes it pretty impractical for any kind of audio work, although I imagine it would be ok if you didn't need an accurate meter (like for construction or something similar).The display isn't updated frequently enough, and the numbers displayed are all over the place, making it tough to gauge SPL levels like you would easily be able to do with an analogue meter.I bought this to replace "SPL Meter" in my phone, but discovered that the phone is more useful than this is...I will be looking elsewhere for another one.

The Item arrived sooner than expected and was easy to use. I use it in a Server Lab to find those areas hearing protection is required. It is easy to use and there is no doubt about the readings.

I purchased this to measure loudness of my 2-channel audio system as I adjust speaker position. The meter is easy to use and the display is large enough for my middle age eyes to read without having to find my reading glasses. Having the choice of "A" or "C" weighting is also a plus. Overall, a very good meter especially for the price.
