It took me a second to figure these out. Ive been using compression splints on my fingers but was curious to give the oval 8's another try so could have something when i need a little more dexterity that I cant get with the splints. The range of sizes may seem limited when you first put them on but you'll see when you wear the compression sleeve you need a larger ring so you'll see sizes will vary not just by joints and fingers but also with weather or not you wear the compression sleeves. Contractured Joint ✔️ I have one finger with a contractured joint from an injury . The ring was able to keep it nicely extended . Hypermobility ✔️ I also have some hypermobility issues. Im currently in a flare so the sleeves feel particularly nice while keeping my fingers from hyperextending. The sleeves make the rings feel like they fit better in general but i'm sure if im not in a flare and just need to be mindful of how im doing certain things that trigger issues the rings alone will still come in handy. It just took me a second to get used to the difference with howit felt. Arthritis / Post Stroke Stability Issues ✔️ My friend has arthritis and other stability issues in his fingers . When he asked what I ordered I remembered they're also used for arthritis and gave him some of the larger ones to see if it might help him and... it did! He said it helped him with hi paintings (so dexterity) My friend was ordered 9-14 and was fine with everythig within that range. I found rings from a wider range 4-10 (thankfully my friend didn't need the 10 from him set. so i took it.) I'm tempted to see if the smaller set (i.e sz 3) could fit my top joints sans sleeve better... All that to say.. folks were right. It's helpful

I am delighted with this finger splint! I am using it to recover from a tendon injury called "jersey finger" which happens easily since I have hyper mobile Ehler's Danlos Syndrome (EDS). What I appreciate about this splint is that it's very comfortable to wear, stays on without effort even overnight, I barely notice it's on, it doesn't feel hot or sweaty, the appearance isn't very noticeable (see photos), and the bare fingertip and lightweight frame allows for more activities such as: fully washing and drying my hands, applying hair product to my long hair, knitting, and typing. None of this was possible with the tape-on splint my doctor provided for my first tendon injury. I am also happy with the amount of support it provides. In my last photo I am bending finger as far as I can, which feels equal to the amount of wiggle room in the doctor's tape-on splint. Cons: It's not ideal in the shower since it slips around too much to provide reliable support. Instead I use the Sopito 4 PCS finger splints which stay on perfect in soapy water.

I purchased this 10-piece finger splint and sleeve kit to help with trigger finger and occasional joint pain, and overall, it’s a solid product. The variety of sizes is great—having options from 4 to 9 means you can find a fit for almost any finger, which is especially helpful if multiple fingers need support. The clear design is discreet, and the splints feel sturdy enough to keep fingers straight without being overly bulky. The sleeves add a nice layer of comfort and help prevent rubbing, though they can feel a little tight after wearing them for a long time. The splints themselves are functional, but they’re not the most comfortable for extended use—especially if you’re doing tasks that require a lot of hand movement. For the price, you get a good assortment and decent quality. If you need something for occasional use or short-term support, this kit is a great choice. Just keep in mind that for all-day wear, you might want to add extra padding or take breaks.

I was very excited to try these as I’ve developed sudden joint pain in my fingers across both hands. Any pressure on them hurts. These rave reviews were promising!!! And I suppose if the only issue you have is stabilization, these would work. These technically work by preventing any movement of the joint. However, as most people aren’t trying to keep the their fingers from bending back towards them, you have to lie the splint across the top of the joint. This introduced a secondary pain. While holding things became easier, I was tormented by the increasing digging sensation as swelling occurred throughout the day. The splints left bruise like marks on me after sheer hours of use. Yes I was in the correct size. I then decided to just pivot to the compression sleeves. An even bigger disappointment. No real compression device is going to have a chunky SEAM on it. Not even flat locked- a flat out thick seam where they obviously just sewed the material on to itself. HELLO compression is meant to squeeze. And you decided to place a bulky seam in the middle of the sleeve? Who does that?! So needless to say I got no relief as the thick middle SEAM is digging into my skin during compression. Compression material should never have seams like that for exactly that reason. It is very uncomfortable. Every single one came like that. All in all I’d gift these to an enemy, cute little finger torturers for those already in pain. I will be sending these back asap.

The different sizes allowed me to find a splint that fit comfortably. It's low profile and clear color make it less conspicuous than a standard finger splint, I don't mind wearing it when I'm out and about. Bottom line - fits well and you barely notice it.
