I love the ease of moving from one place to another. It is very light weight, but very sturdy. It is made from a honeycomb looking very durable cardboard material. But thick and very lite. It has a cover on it that can be removed for washing. The cover is a thinner version of a carpet material. I’m very impressed with this item and would highly recommend to anyone with an older dog stugggling to hoist themselves up onto a higher surface.

My beagles love these stairs and they don't take up too much room. Originally I bought some fancy schmancy $200 cherry wood stairs, but my beagles were terrified of them and would not use them. Who knows what's going through their minds. Maybe I should give them their own Amazon accounts so they can shop for themselves, and save me some money.

These steps are perfect for my two Pomeranians (11 & 12 pounds). My son brings over his 5lb Yorkie too, who uses them all the time. Even though they are cardboard under cover, they are pretty sturdy and not too steep for the little legs. I have this in front of my loveseat and at the foot of my bed, which meets up with an ottoman I have there. I ordered one set of stairs 3-4 months ago and they are holding up just great. I just ordered the 2nd set so that I don't have to keep moving them back and forth. I was worried that I was paying too much for something that the reviews stated was cardboard, but it is really a nice, light-weight set. There is a handle at the back of the steps that makes it easy to pick up and move. I would recommend these for the smaller pets.

I love these stairs! I have a 10# silky mix who decided jumping off my tall bed was a good idea. Fearful of her damaging her joints etc I figured stairs were a great idea. I looked up many reviews in differnt stairs and these stairs seemed lile the best option. They are made of cardboard with a honeycomb structure for strength. I definitely think they could handle a much bigger dog. My 6 year old son has climbed on them without causing any damage. My bed is quite high off the ground with a topper and so I needed tall stairs. These are the tallest I could find that seemed strong enough and without issues. Reviewers of the foam type stairs state they wear down and that they are not rigid enough and therefore scare many animals. I read the plastic stairs can be unstable as well and crack etc. So if you need sturdy pet stairs these are perfect! My dog is not a fan of going up the stairs but she learned quickly how to go down without any problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love I can vacumn stairs off or wash outer covering****** (don't dry cover)****, move it easily with carrying handle for when make bed--but my girl freaks out when I move her steps to vacumn under--the barking happens. Took her treats up stairs & down to get her used to them and a night light the first week. Now all I do is point or in total dark say go up you stairs and she does. Just don't move stairs to much from your original positioning for awhile-let your baby get used to a new freedom in one place. I would 10 star these as my girl goes to her bed on floor or my bed without me. We are working through losing her sleep partner for her 7 years--so I'm extremely happy these stairs have given us both another choice and she has discontinued whining for her older brother--but she will take my leg pillow over quickly if I don't get to bed first. Beware if you buy--your 4 leg sweetness will own your bed pretty quick.

If I could give this product a minus 5 stars I would. Not only were these steps just flimsy and cheap right out of the box, but the step landings are way too small and somewhat dangerous. Not one of my three dogs would even try to go up them at all. I could tell from the time I took them out that these were just made out of cheap cardboard and the covering on them was very loose. I probably could've went down to my local grocery store and got some banana boxes and hot glued them together and made something sturdier than these.These were pretty much a waste of time and effort along with the hassle of having to return them. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you're looking for a good set of quality steps for your pet because these just aren't it.

This is the best dog step I have ever owned. The only issue is that it is so light that it moves when my larger dog tried to use it. So as long as you have a little dog (mine is 25lbs) you will be fine. She uses it to get up in my high bed. It is so sturdy & strong that I have stepped on it and it didn't cave in or break. The cover is very soft so if I do happen to kick it, I don't hurt myself. It looks to be machine washable but so far I only vacuum it. I tried to show my dog how to go up it I even used treats. After a while I gave up thinking she wouldn't use it but when my back was turned she used it. Now she uses it every time.

Exactly what we needed and sturdy enough for our spaniel. Occasionally will tip slightly when our pick treads right on the edge but not a huge drama. We got this as our dog is recovering from ACL surgery and we are trying to discourage him jumping up - these are just the right thing.

My wiener dogs are 14yo and I just got a new bed which is impossible for them to get on and I was afraid they would jump off.I love these stairs because they’re not massive like the plastic or wood ones and I love that they are grey instead of all the beige and brown ones I saw.They were afraid to use them when I just got them. It took about 2 weeks for the boys to get comfortable but now, they go up and down the bed as they please safely :)

I bought these steps to help my ageing Burmese get on and off my lap as I am sitting in my chair. Her mobility has been decreasing recently and she was finding it difficult to not be with me. Now, the most loving kitty in the world has her autonomy back and can easily navigate up and down these well-made steps! These are solid construction, I have already removed the cover to make sure it will be easy to look after and even that has exceeded my expectations. The non-slip pads on the bottom are working great even with my slippery hardwood floor!The above is a picture of my kitty, moments after I set the steps down. Let SNUGGLE TIME resume!

Just needed something so my frenchie/boston mix could get on, and off, my bed (without me having to lift him all the time). Used treats to get him using the stairs for the first few days. Within a week, he was going up and down without being coaxed. The stairs were assembled....are extremely light....and easy to move. Excellent product!

Me parece muy adecuado para perros chicos pues es una escalera pequeña, con la huella pequeña, mis perros son medianos y aprendieron a usarla con mucha dificultad y corriendo porque no cabe todo su cuerpo en un escalón; es corta de altura por lo que sólo sirve para camas con colchón delgado, sillones y sillas. El material de que está fabricado se ve poco resistente aunque tendré que seguirlo usando para ver cuánto dura. Eso si el forro es muy lindo y puede lavarse además es suave.
