Is this Keto friendly? Looking for something that is carb free.

Do anyone notice belly fat going away within days or months after using this product?

This product definitely helps to eliminate belly fat, not in a matter of days, diet is a much bigger factor. I slept fine using this product and it did exactly what it was meant for. I cycle the NiteBurn, like any pill your body gets used to it and the effects begin to slow. I would recommend using till the bottle runs out, laying off for a few weeks and then making your decision from there.

How strong is the melatonin in this? I am a volunteer firefighter and sometimes have to get up in the middle of the night. Will this affect me?

There is a chance. I think it depends on body size etc. I am an 135lb. female and it knocks me out! You may not react as strongly as I and others do to the melatonin. I think it's a toss up!

Can I cut each one in half to take a half dose?

I wouldn't think it would be that easy. It is a capsule with powder inside. If you wanted an actual half dose you would have to measure it out.
