Q: Whats the difference between yhe cc,cd, cfx and cf?

clearly there are differences between the models as some are nearly twice the price. According to the specifications the CFX models achieve a much colder setting than the CC model so for freezer operations you might prefer the CFX. I would also suggest you compare the power consumption of the different models - there are differences there too and that may be important in your use. The CC model is significantly lighter than the cfx models which makes them much better for portable use - say if you want to carry them.

Q: Will the CC40 remember the temperature settings if the power source is disconnected?.

Yes. When I move mine from the house to the car, or vice versa, it comes back on at the same temp setting. I've at time had it off for a week or more and it's where I left it. I don't know about long term storage.

Q: What is the duty rating for these Refrigerator/Freezers? Could they be used 24/7 for full timing?

We used ours steady for 14 day hunt trip. Cools down quickly and held temp great even when we left it in the sun. Powered it by Yeti 400 & solar panel
