Chair arrived on time, was relatively easy to assemble although mine came with no instructions. I love the look, mine has no black chunks like people have mentioned in their reviews, maybe a design change? I can only find two flaws with this chair; It squeaks a lot but this may be due to my error in constructing, and the buttons on the seat are very loose and get caught on my feet if I sit with my feet under me. Apart from that, great looking chair which is a lot sturdier than another officer chair I bought off Amazon for similar price! And the adjustable lever for height has continued working!

A very comfortable, classy piece of furniture for my desk. Easy to assemble. Quality excellent. Would highly recommend this product

UPDATE: 5th Dec 2019I have returned to readjust my review score back to 4 stars. With regards to my update below, I made contact with the seller and they responded very promptly and naturally requested evidence of my complaint; which was submitted, they responded again apologising and assured me a replacement bottom part would be sent out to my a.s.a.p and they done just that. The replacement arrived this evening and Pic 4 shows the chair restored back to it's glory. I'm really pleased with the way HNNHOME have managed my complaint. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back shopping with you :o)UPDATE: 30th Nov 2019 (Demoted to 2 stars from the initial 4)This evening this chair's bottom half has broken as indicated int eh pictures with the pole sticking out of the bottom..... The wheels continued to make the chair unstable however I managed this by sitting carefully, but after sitting for a short time this evening, I began to wheel the chair back to it's position (a few feet away) but it would move as some of the wheels had come off ...again. I go to put them back and the chairs starts to fall over and i notice the pole sticking out of the bottom. This is a H&S hazard and just after a very short space of time, so I will be seeking for the bottom half to be replaced.... FYI; I am 5'5 and a slim 7 stones so it's not that I am too heavy for the chair and I don't sit on it every day due to the unstable nature of it...Good parts:I really like this chair... It was easy to assemble despise popped off the wrong part of the pump end :o/. .... and the seat is relatively comfy... Awesome design and so far the buttons have not popped off the seat... but as I read other reviews I decided to put a cloth over the seat to avoid them coming off... HOWever.......Not so great parts:The wheels do not stay on..... and this makes the seat somewhat unstable/un-sturdy..... Today, I have tried to wheel the chair over to sit on it and all the wheels just popped off while i'm trying to put one back on.... unfortunately this is an ongoing thing..... I initially tried to put some super glue to hold the wheels in place but this has not worked; perhaps due to the big gaps around the wheel hole. I'm currently thinking of other ways to keep the wheels in place as this is the main issue for me. Some slight bumpy padding parts on chair but I can live with those.

Really pretty little office chair. I needed a quick and cheap buy as I have started working from home on an urgent request and I was very impressed and how easy it is to assemble and very fast delivery. Few marks on the chair but easily wipes off with a baby wipe. Very happy !

Decent cheap stool. The buttons on the seat work their way loose but without rough use may stay put for a while. Stool a little bit unstable at full height. All in all an ok stool. Looks nice and is comfortable. Not for constant use.

Very good price for a very good product. Easy to assemble. Comfortable too. Smaller than I thought, but fits perfectly.

Fantastic value for money, It looks lovely. It was easy to assemble 4 screws in with lever and the gas and wheels just push and click in to place. One happy girl with her Chair to go with her dressing table.

Very comfy chair that looks amazing also, the only concern I had was that there was a mark on the leather which I tried to get rid off by a wipe, it faded away slightly but not completely. Over all I’m happy with the purchase
