Great hackamore!
I chose to rate this 4 stars only because the shanks look just a little more curved in the picture than the one I received. Im Not sure if thats a professionals choice error Or amazons. Irregardless, the difference is very minimal and the shanks work the same way. It came in perfect condition and my horse responds well to it. I expected a little more give, but every horse responds differently. I love the Brittany Pozzi collection. Amazon scores well again for me!

Bought two, both broke
My riding coach uses this hackamore no problem. I bought one and the wire inside of the plastic tubing came out of the metal clamped piece after two uses. I bought ANOTHER one and as I was opening the plastic wrapping, the wire inside the plastic tubing popped out AGAIN!! Not very durable.
