Big time lag on temperature change recognition
It’s good enough for what I need which is to ensure that our mechanical ventilation system is controlling indoor humidity and CO2 (which is a proxy for indoor air quality) reasonably well to stop the house feeling stuffy and prevent mould in the bathrooms. I use the outdoor module inside the house, I don’t need to know the outdoor temperature. I have an additional indoor module as well. Don’t bother getting more accurate than plus or minus 1 degree on temperature, it will drive you mad.

Unreliable.
Indoor unit frequently reports that it is not connected to wifi. Have to re-install once or twice a week. Nothing else on my network has any problem. Battery installation on external unit and rain gauge is just silly. Would not buy again.

A little expensive, lacks Google Home integration - but overall very good
I bought this as I love gadgets. It was easy enough to setup for my Apple Home, but as I have Google Next as well - I would love to have this associated with both systems (like I do with Hue lighting and various smart plugs).I like the design, it is minimalist and neat and the app interface is also well laid out on both iPhone and iPad.The only minor gripe is that it's a bit pricey, especially the additional indoor modules, but it does feel quality.

Dead as a Dodo
Pretty good looking bit of kit and nice interface, HOWEVER, if your internet goes down or in this case Netatmo's severs go down, nothing works .There is no direct contact with the app via your wifi or Bluetooth everything goes via the their servers. No real loss it's only a weather station but spent an hour trying to reset, changing passwords etc before the outage detection websites started reporting issues and realised the problem wasn't at my end.

Great starting weather system
A great weather device for those of you that want to monitor your local surroundings in doors and out. I have added the rain meter and an extra sensor too. Given the price I like the system, however I do feel that the web app could be better or more feature rich. Getting out of the box and setting up is very easy indeed, if you have other apps it's great to see your device listed in such apps as Meteo Weather Pro.The great benefit of not having to configure port forwarding to see results not he net is superb too. It really is a plug and play system gives good results for any budding weather enthusiast. You can even take it a step further and publish instant notifications via push alerts using the If This Then That IFTTT service as the Netatmo Weather is part of the service. I did buy the system when it was on offer and although awaiting the wind sensor can say that given the full price of any / all of the kit I would only buy it on the offer price.I do have another system from a german company that is a data logger too and records to the minute intervals. Both systems do suffer the inaccuracy of calibration. The box states what resolution and so forth but when you set it all up and leave them inside you'd expect to see almost identical figures for humidity and temperature across all devices. This aside it's good enough for a starting kit.One real negative is the strap for the outdoor module. The strap will secure to many objects, however the sensor merely slots onto the strap and could easily be knocked off - this would be bad given the price of the individual sensors. The company have definately gone down the route of making the packing and the items very high end Apple looking. Should you buy the rain meter you'll need a good mount too. It does easily blow off given the strong winds we've had.

I really do like this
I confess to being a bit of a "weather geek". I've had one of those consumer weather stations for many years but in the last year it had begun to fall to bits and then stopped working altogether. There were 2 reasons I hesitated over the Netatmo. Mounting weather stations is a bit of a nightmare for the un-DIY type like me. For some reason, I thought the main module was about the size of the original Amazon Echo and the outdoor module the same but a bit shorter. Where to put them? How to mount them? I laughed when I opened the box. The outdoor module is a similar length to and slightly thicker than a Smarties tube. The indoor module about the thickness of those Christmas Smartie tubes, but half the length. And both incredibly light. It was a job of minutes to put a screw in under the eaves of my porch and simply hang the outdoor module on (and perfect for being away from rain and sunlight). The indoor module is small enough to be unobtrusive.I had no issues at all setting it, and the Android app, up. And this app is really well done, in my opinion. Instant info, graphs for everything with minimum finger presses but beautifully clear and zoomable in and out. And the app also works fine on my Android tablet. Temperature measurements are spot on and barometer pressure agrees with the only remaining working part of my old weather station. I also bought the rain guage, well worth having in my opinion. That was equally easy to mount thanks to a standard tripod mount on the bottom (I used one of those "Gorilla" type mounts to wrap it around the top of a trellis in my garden). I love that you can hook into outdoor Netatmo stations all round the world - I have some marked as "Favourites" that are close to friend's houses across Europe. I also like the measurement for air quality, something I haven't had before which has provoked me to open windows more often to improve it - and decided me to get another indoor module for my bedroom.I haven't - and won't get - the wind station. This really needs to be mounted on a roof and, though I liked having my previous one (on a garden wall) it was so hopelessly inaccurate because of obstacles and surrounding houses that I knew it would be a waste of money. Because the only thing I am slightly critical of with this Netatmo kit is value for money. This stuff feels just a bit too expensive for what it is, but that's my only complaint. And Netatmo stuff appears regularly on Amazon Deals (I've been thinking about one for about 2 years, so I've been watching).I've read many reports about the reliability of the outdoor sensor. They are worrying but I just haven't had it long enough to comment personally. I've had no issues of any kind in the few weeks I've owned it.If you're the slightest weather geek, you will like this.

About average product
The sturdiness appears doubtful. It doesn’t feel like a quality product. It appears to be made by some cheap Chinese factory. Waterproofing appears doubtful of the outdoor products. Time will tell. The app user interface is horridly clunky & feels like Windows 4 or similar vintage. Despite feedback to the company, no one seems to be bothering about the graphics being more slick & eye candy-ish
