There is nothing rong with this battery you just know how to treat and how to use the battery on the bike I brought the bike this battery belongs to last year and the original is still going strong ... you just have to know not to use battery at full power all the time eg using the gears on the bike ... bit like a car you would not go up hill in a car in 5 gear you drop down to 1st or 2nd ..you release the power on the peddling as not to over work the battery you will notice on the handlebar power lights go back up to full power all red or what ever you power you have in the battery .. what I am saying in fewer words ....Do not thrash your battery treat it with respect and it will respect you

I have had this bike for 2 years and have no problems with the battery, charges up to full capacity. Don't know what all the fuss is about! Fantastic bike to get about in.

Battery comes with a 12 month warranty but battery will only last between 12 and 18 months before failing to hold its charge and rendering your bike useless. I've seen so many people have this battery die just after the warranty expires. Very poor product.

battery is great..........for about 6 months !; then dies on one; Bike is heavy, so no battery; no good !Went back to Halfords a few times, and although helpful, the battery is nothing to do with them.......All in all, this battery is CRAP
