If you lay it horizontally it works great. It can work if you put it upright but isn’t as stable. I like these for travel.

Will this hold up a standard sized keyboard?

No! It’s for phones and maybe a smaller size tablet and just watching it. Not typing on even the phone’s keyboard. Sorry 😐
