I drilled a much larger 10mm hole in the the spray head, the metal is very easy to drill as long as you clamp the item in a vice. Wrap some tape around the shaft to prevent you damaging the chrome finish. Otherwise left as it is, it can soak the bathroom as the water comes out in all directions. It is now perfect and very easy to use. I suggest you might find my advice as to how to improve this item very useful and you can avoid the mess I made when I first attached it to a 3mtr shower hose.

Good quality

It's not bad but, this should have been made with a much longer stem as once it is 'in', the shower hose end is far too close for comfort. Also, due to the very short stem it cannot be moved up/down for 100% coverage. Clearly the designer or commissioning client has never had the need to use one. A nice product yet fails on the overall design.

Absolutely fantastic. Very good at ‘deep cleaning’ my plumbing before the act... Also great for aiding constipation. Slightly pricey compared to some other items, but definitely worth the price for me.

I assume it must be for US showers because pretty much everywhere else in the world uses the same fitment as the UK. Odd, since it was despatched from the UK. I've filled in a refund request but realised that for under a fiver it's not worth the trouble to return. Landfill it is then :(
