CREAM KITCHEN CUPBOARD DOOR HINGE REPAIR KIT INCLUDES 10 PLATES AND FIXING SCREWS

This product is incorrectly advertised as shows the centre screws included within the pack. This is not the case and you need to find your own. Poor customer service replied - "use your original ones" Err - but they don`t fit, that's why I wanted a repair kit, a kit not just a plate!

One of our lower kitchen cupboards had been pulled off, and the chipboard cupboard walls were too damaged to simply screw the hinges back on. It was a fairly simple process to fit these plates. I had to do it myself because my husband is recovering from a hip replacement. The kit comes with 4 screws per plate to fix to the wall, and then you need the original screws from the door hinge to screw into the plate once fitted.Fixing the plates is a one person job, but my husband held the door while I screwed the hinges into the plates. An electric screwdriver made things a lot easier.I'm glad I bought the cream plates to match our cupboards because you can just see them from outside if you look very carefully.Pictures show the finished job. I did fix it straight - it's the perspective that makes it look wonky!

Exactly what a was looking for. Little boys kept leaning on the lower cupboard door when grabbing their plates and bowls.Caused the screw to work loose on the cupboard frames. Was sick of re fitting , re plugging the worn hole.Easy to fit, strong and no issues . Hardest part is searching for them on the web

Worked perfectly. Little tight so you need a power screwdriver to make lite work of it. Repair plates 1- toddlers 0!!
