What a pleasant surprise! This couch is gorgeous, was very easy to put together, it’s very comfortable, fabric is soft but thick and of good quality. And it’s huge! Received a message offering assistance but needed after purchased to assemble or with any other question/concern so good customer service. Very please. The height is also good which was my only concern prior to getting it.

Just put it together today. It arrived in 5 separate boxes, and like lots of others they weren’t all delivered on the same day. No big deal.I was a little nervous to buy a couch I’d never seen in person or touched or sat on - but this was a great buy.Super easy to put together. So far it’s super comfortable, I love the deep seats. Seems very sturdy, we’ll see how it holds up to 2 kids and 3 dogs.It’s a very good looking couch. Looks just like the picture and the color is true to the pictures. I got the beige and it’s pretty - the fabric is also soft to the touch and comfortable. No smell out of the box, I know someone else mentioned that but not an issue for me.Love it so far 🙂Update:My poor dog had diarrhea on this couch the day after I got it assembled and set up. The covers zipped off and washed beautifully, and stains came right out - the liquid did NOT seep through to the stuffing. I washed them on delicate in cold water and dried them on air only. It was tricky at first to get the covers back on, but once we figured out the order of reassembly it went very fast. Word of warning, two of the zippers got stuck, so be careful when unzipping/zipping.

Have had my new couch for a few days now and it's perfect for the budget! A lot longer than I expected, my dog loves it, it's comfy yet firm, and the perfect size for myself. It's way better than the $900 couch I got from wayfair last year & taller in height than that one, too. Only thing I might end up getting is another ottoman to go on the left side. Putting it together didn't take too long and it's already sturdier than my last one. Already had to spot clean it due to dog slobber and it was easy. I love the green color, makes my house warmer and homey instead of grey. Can't wait to see how it'll hold up!

Cushions are thick and very soft and comfortable. The pillow backs are a little thinner than the pictures would indicate and the couch is a little narrow front to back for anyone with longer legs. I'm 5'11" and it hits me above the knee. You're definitely going to want the ottomans and we actually ordered 2 more for the middle section. Very easy to assemble and seems to be well built and sturdy. Overall it's got plenty of room and looks great in our front room. All the covers zip and are easy to remove for machine washing.We're pleased with the purchase, but again, I'd order a couple of extra ottomans to make up for the shorter seating area.

Cons:First thing I noticed about this couch was the fishy smell. I think the glue used has a fishy smell. This couch is perfect for my apartment!I think this couch is also perfect for pet owners, it has removable covers if you wanted to wash and the covers seem very durable!I will say one of my covers came with a tiny stain (looks like ink) but it’s so small and will be super easy to remove; I didn’t think I would hinder the rating because of that but thought it was good to say.The couch:I prob will be replacing the insert for the back resting parts of the couch. They are a little too stiff for my liking.But the couch cushion is sooooo nice. supportive yet soft and squishy.Overall thoughts:for apartments this is a very good couch to buy. I think this couch is great for roughly $700.My only complaints are the cushion inserts for the back being too hard and the stain on one of my covers. (Both which are really easy fixes)It’s very sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will fall apart. It has weight to it but not too heavy. AND personally I love the height of this couch. It’s more of a medium height. not high but not low.(sorry i also want to mention. i got scared because my boxes came on separate days and just wanted to say the customer support was fantastic. it was a quick and simple reply that told me exactly what was gonna happen. so thank you for that!)

Always hesitant when ordering online with not so many reviews but so glad I did. Some people said that it’s sits too low but I’m a short girly so I love it. Also had a friend who is 6ft and had no complaints about the height. Great quality for the price and was pretty easy to assemble. I’d say it’s medium firmness which is perfect for lounging. I live in a 450 sq ft studio and it fits great. But very large so I could fit like 6 people on it. Overall super happy and glad I purchased.

This sofa is amazing. It’s extremely comfortable. The fabric is soft to the touch, but also sturdy. I was looking for the kind of sofa I could sink into and read a book and this is it!!We got the sofa with 2 ottomans. It’s a long sofa, but it takes up less space than our short former sofa. It has a low profile. So it fits nicely in smaller spaces.This was also easy to assemble. It came in separate shipments. The first to arrive was a loveseat. But there were no arms in that box. 2 days later 2 boxes arrived. 1 box was just the 2 armrests. The other was 1 additional seat for the sofa. Then the next day the final 2 boxes arrived. In each box was an ottoman. Total assembly for all the pieces took me a little over an hour. Really easy and intuitive. I barely looked at the instructions.This was, by far, the best furniture purchase I’ve ever made without seeing/feeling in person. Highly recommend!!!
