I'm delighted with this thermal eye mask. The heat is soft and relaxing, ideal for relieving eye fatigue after a long day in front of screens. It has several temperature levels and timer, so it is easy to adjust it to my needs. In addition, its silk cover feels very comfortable and delicate on the skin. The battery lasts a long time and not having cables makes it much more practical. Without a doubt, an excellent purchase to rest better and enjoy moments of relaxation.

Feels great on dry eyes
So much better than microwave masks. I get about 3-4 15 minute sessions per charge. Heats quickly and feels wonderful. I have MGD a this helps relieve dry, scratchy eyes

Great customer service
The first one I bought was wonderful, for about two weeks. After which, it would turn on and vaguely warm up, before turning off again in under a minute. BUT, the company has great customer service and promptly sent me a replacement, which is awesome. I sleep in it and can restart the thing up to three times, and it'll last a full hour at the second setting each time. Only problem is now I'm spoiled and have to pack it if I go on a trip.

Disappointed with comfort/fit and battery but great customer service
Update 9/17: The company reached out after seeing my review and offered to send a different model that should fix the fit issue, free of charge, or refund my purchase. I really appreciate the proactive customer service, so I'm raising my rating to 4 stars. My original comments about the fit and battery indicator are below. Original review - Based on the reviews I had high expectations but I’m quite disappointed. First, the mask’s shape is odd. You need to lower it so it warms your eyelids and not your eyebrows which results in your nose being blocked. Also, it never actually reaches a full battery level according to the indicator on the device itself. So bottom line - it’s soft and warms up but it’s not comfortable and seems like there’s an issue with the battery or the indicator.
