BOOXPalma 2 Flip-fold Protective Case (White)

The shipping time for this case was a couple weeks out, so I bought a different (off brand) case for the time being. When this case finally arrive it put my cheaper case to shame. This case molded into my Boox Palma 2 perfectly. There is no hassle with touch-id or the side buttons; when I flip the case closed it actually stays closed and makes my Palma go into sleep mode. And, most of all, the cream color blends flawlessly with my white Palma. Overall, it's worth the xtra cost compared to the other ones sold on Amazon.

I love my Boox Palma 2 but this case takes away the best part: how wonderful it feels in your hand. It’s far too bulky and awkward. It’s not bad looking but you don’t buy a Palma for its good looks. You buy it because it’s the most convenient ereader and this case makes it less so. Returning.

Very uncomfortable to hold when your right hand. The same side where the configured page buttons are. It doesn’t stay in place when you hold it as it is a bit slippery and there’s no way to anchor your fingers unlike when using left hand. However, using my left hand forces me to slide screen to turn page since the page buttons are on the right.Not ergonomic and way too much for a flawed product. I’m ordering a back case, a pop socket, and a neoprene case instead as this case is frustrating.

I get why they put in the magnetic flaps to hold the cover down, but I feel them all the time when I hold the Palma to read and it annoys me no end. I don't like to use it because of that. Otherwise, a well-made elegant-looking case, very pretty off-white color, nice texture.

I love this device, but less than 45 days of ownership, the front light started flickering, Rather than send me a replacement, the company is making me jump through hoops with videos and all sorts of nonsense. I would give the whole experience one start but I like the device too much.
