Very fast for the price.
Looks and feels nice, performance is great running fusion 360, hueforge, and slicing software.

Does not include a full HP warranty
While HP offers a 12 month warranty, the laptop I received showed the warranty expiring in less than 2 months and no way to fix it.The laptop itself is fantastic. I'm very pleased with the features, speed, and ease of setting up. It offers a lot of value for the price, and the touch screen is handier than I ever thought one would be.If it wasn't for the warranty issue I would have given it 5 stars.

HP fail!
After owning this 2-in-1 for barely 6 months, one of the screen hinges has failed. This is with normal usage, no abuse of the product whatsoever. Further, when I look up the warranty information, it tells me that the warranty has expired, even though I registered the product and it has been just over 6 months since purchase. There is no way online to easily dispute the incorrect warranty and I have yet to find a functional support contact phone. This is beyond frustrating. I recommend everyone avoid dealing with HP. They have become almost impossible to work with and their products are clearly cheap junk.

This was advertised as having Windows 10. It came with Windows 11.
I ordered this laptop because it said it had Windows 10 installed. Not so. There are bugs in Windows 11 that still need to be worked out. For that reason I didn't want Windows 11, but thats what i got. Much of the software I've accumulated over the past few years did not load successfully on this computer. Even worse, my Canon printer was not found using HP Smart and therefore could not be used with this laptop. I had to spend $150 on a new printer.The laptop itself works well for what I'm able to use it for. I like the 2 in 1 concept and the touchscreen. It you want Windows 11 it's as good as any. If you wanted Windows 10 don't be taken in by the product description. It's totally inaccurate.
