Amazing product. My back was a mess after long periods of sitting down at the office. It helps to remove the knots in my shoulder blade area and decompress my spine. By default it works great on the upper back. I modify it by using only one wheel and raise the side with the wheel one inch off the ground to work better on my lower back. Best to go slow and easy if you have bad back problems and for best results on the spine try to relax and breathe deeply using diaphragm breath techniques.

Takes a while to get used to using this product but persevere and it will get more comfortable to use. It’s certainly helped reduce my back muscle spasms and I use it every morning. You have a couple of alternative roller placements so you can adjust to your proportions. Useful clear diagrams help you to get the most out of this piece of equipment which can be used to help muscles all over the body not just in the back area. Much better than a single roller when easing out stiffness in your back.
