Easy to use and quick working!
Only 1 didn't work properly but they have been absolutely amazing and taken care of the issue! 🥰 So easy to use and as humane as it can be.

Effective and better than traditional traps
Upon realizing we had a mouse issue in the apartment, I purchased some sticky traps(cause I’m sadistic), some traditional wooden mousetraps, and these plastic traps. No need for catch and release traps in my house. ☠️ The sticky traps ensnared a few varmints, but reliability was an issue. I baited both styles of snap traps with peanut butter. The mice seemed largely to ignore the old school wooden traps and when they did hit them, they often made off with the bait not even springing the trap. It was like they recognized those traps and avoided them altogether or knew how to navigate them. Okay, now the little black implements of rodent demise. I set these up by the stove and refrigerator, under a couple living room chairs where I found evidence of rodents, behind the toilet, and along baseboards in bedrooms. At night I often sit at my computer and stay awake until the early morning hours. I cannot overstate the satisfaction felt each time I heard one of the plastic traps snap shut. The mice had no idea what was hit them. Every night I got at least one. Most nights I’d end up with two or three. What’s more not once did I find a trap that was triggered without succeeding at what it was intended for. After a couple weeks I stopped hearing triggering of traps. I stopped seeing evidence of mice, too. I still keep a few traps in discreet areas of the house as a preventative measure, but I haven’t seen any activity or evidence and it’s been maybe two months. These traps worked perfectly and I wouldn’t waste time with traditional traps or sticky traps again. The plastic traps are by far were the most successful.

plastic mouse traps
These traps are easier to set than the traditional wooden ones and are less likely to go off when placing them in mouse pathways. However, I don't think they work quiet as well as the wooden ones but I will still use them. I do like the easy of setting.

Okay but not great
Have bought these multiple times over the years because they are easier to set than other snap traps. However they don't always set, and can only snap so many times. 1 of 12 usually just doesn't ever set unfortunately. Some can be reused several times, others not. Often will snap without catching, but I don't know if it does it on its own or not. Also we got them for mice but squirrels will be interested in them and take out the bait cup, and not be harmed at all. They are easy to clean off with a hose/ unscented soap or isopropyl and rebait. However you won't know if it will be able to be reset until after you've rebaited already.

Absolutely incredible!
These mousetraps are worth it. Mouse traps freak me out and I absolutely hate when I get mice at my house. These mouse traps are super sensitive and always catch something when set off (the classic wooden ones don't always trap them or kill them instantly). I set these out in my house and caught 6 mice in 3 days (ew, I know). Ive since had them out for over a week with nothing new caught. Ill be leaving them out and refreshing the peanut butter, but I am almost certain that these things caught all the mice within 3 days. I use peanut butter. Its really easy to open it back up and dump the mouse in a bag or box to toss. I was originally grossed out by the fact that they were reusable because I would rather just toss everything, but these are easy and your hands stay away from the dead mice. If they get dirty, ill probably just throw them away, but I know you can easily clean them. I do have a cat and a rabit, so I kept these traps in places they can't get to (attic, basement, and a 3 seasons room). Ive seen them snap a mouse in half (one piece and no blood, but still bones snapped), and I dont want to risk that with my cat or rabit's paw. It can definitely cause more damage than a traditional mouse trap, so I would be really cautious around pets and kids.
