Good value, seems solidly built.
I'm using the keyboard to type the review actually. The keyboard is a little heavier than I expected but it's not unmanageable to have it on your lap for example. It's really meant to be used for gaming but I'm actually just using it for regular typing. I bought it just to use in a room with little natural light. It has 4 brightness levels on the version I bought. The keys have good travel, they have a satisfying 'typewriter' feel in use, it's a mechanical feel key-set not actually mechanical but at this price it's good enough. It's certainly a good buy as far as I am concerned. One thing to note is that the keyboard version I received has 6 different LED colours {Red, Green, Yellow, White, Orange and Blue}. They are arranged in rows by which I mean each horizontal row of keys is 1 colour. I hope this review is useful to someone.

Satisfied with the quality over 7 Months usage
Satisfied with the quality despite the low price, cost me not much than a Fast-Food menu [noticed price has gone up not sure I can recommend it now] I am still using this keyboard after 7 months, will upgrade but until then....Features!... not a lot of them but a basic amount. [ they are truly appreciated and welcome ]5 brightness levels 1 is off.3 Colours RED = DEFAULT, BLUE and PURPLE.Honestly speaking I never knew Purple is so pleasant to look at. [ Personal Default ]Ability to lock Windows key, [ Never using it but others might find it useful ]Media Keys, Music, Volume -/+ Next/Previews Start/Stop Email, Mute, Home, Calculator [ Again not using got my own media keys mapped ]---That Keyboard Mechanical Feel they talk about, it's ok i guess, It is all in all a Membrane keyboard under the hood, so the keys have a decent travel but when bottomed out it feels mushy, at least that is what everyone else is saying. Not me, keys are decent, but please keep in mind I have not had the pleasure yet on using a Mechanical Keyboard key switches yet. hence the upgrade in the near futureIf the price goes down it is Recommended.

Looking for a backlit, mechanical-feel keyboard on a budget? Buy this.
For the price, I think it is a very good deal.Pros:* Looks nice, rather minimal.* Lights up well.* Keys are satisfying to press.Cons:* Does not remember previous light setting when switched on.* Smaller RETURN key takes getting used to.* US keyboard layout might cause users confusion.* Raised plastic box with DPOWER branding, seems unnecessary* Moves around a lot if you don't have a mat underneath..* The designs that replace the ARROW keys are no improvement. From the moment I opened the box, I knew I had made a wise purchase. It looks sleek, feels well built and most importantly for me, jabbing my fingers against the keys felt just right accompanied by a satisfying *click*. I bought it to replace my CM STORM DEVASTATOR keyboard which I felt was too bulky and in comparison, this is a lot better use of space. When powered on, you have the choice of 3 back light colours by pressing FN+SCROLL LOCK and (Red, Blue and Pink) they have various levels of brightness. This light is under every key and looks really nice but it is most beneficial when your sight is impaired by low light, as it makes it very easy to identify the keys. It does not remember your last colour setting though, which I find a bit of an inconvenience as Iike to use Blue to match my mouse but it's default is red when switched on.The build quality is good, it feels solid but it can move around quite a bit on a wooden desk, so I would recommend an anti-slip mat to go underneath the keyboard. Above the arrow keys is a raised plastic block with the company branding on it. Whilst I have not problem with the branding, the block of plastic looks a bit nasty and I would rather it was not there. Equally nasty I find, is the designs on the arrow keys, they look like spear tips or rocket ships, just plain arrows would have sufficed.Overall, this a great keyboard for the price and I would recommend it to anything looking for a back-lit, minimal mechanical-feel keyboard on a budget.

Good looking, sturdy and does the job well.
I wanted a mechanical keyboard and this product fits the bill. The light system is easy to set up and attractive and works well with my rig.Although it it doesn't have extra features due to its size (Like one button volume control), it is easy enough to learn how to use the keys in order to use their additional functions.Quality feeling product, feels sturdy enough that i can use it for a long time without it breaking.Would recommend this keyboard to anyone who wants a quality looking and feeling keyboard without having to pay the silly prices of the branded products.

Been using it for 4 months
Write your review here (required)This keyboard is pretty good for a standard keyboard it has more function than some like LED lights and... that's it. I brought this keyboard thinking it will be like a mechanical but it's close enough.Consider:*Why did you choose this rating?*I choose to rate it 4 stars because some function on the keyboard that is missing like the '/' (<-opposite of this is missing) and the @ " are backwards (yes, the symbol is swap for some unknown reason) so typing is not the way to go with this keyboard. Apart form those mishaps, this keyboard is standard nothing really amazing (maybe the price?)*What did you like or dislike?*I like this keyboard because It's cheap, functions well (apart from some key function are missing) and good size for gaming (i have a small space to move my mouse and the size of this keyboard suite my play style)i don't like the confusion with the swap keys and that's it (i thought i have more but i got none)*Who would you recommend this product to?*Anyone who is poor that cant afford and don't want to spend too much on a keyboard alone. Anyone who has limited space to move around their mouse i would recommend this (coming from a person with limited mouse movement). And that is it! if you like my review to be sure to check this keyboard out.Singing out,An Average Gamer
