Q: I wear a 15 4e in the brooks beast but they run very narrow. do you think the 15 2e with these shoes would work for me?

I think so-I am flat footed and have big duck feet and they work for me.

Q: can you let me know if the tongue of this shoe extends well past the top lace eyelet. Newer models of this shoe have a short tongue.

Shoe tongue extended approximately 1/4 inch above tie. Both shoes are separating from the front portion of the soul. For the cost I wouldn't have expected this within 30 days of on and off wear.

Q: If I purchase a size 15, what country is it made in?

As far as I know, India. My size 13's are from there. While I am skeptical of India products, I have worn Rockport for may years, and I especially love this shoe. I looks really good, very comfortable, and appears to be as long lasting as my previous shoes of the same size and type. I would buy them again.

Q: Has Rockport done anything to address the apparent problem with sole separation on new shoes??

I have been wearing Rockports for year’s and have never had a problem until today. The sole separated from shoe. I purchased another pair as these were about a year old. Hopefully it won’t happen again. I still feel these are one of the best shoes made. I wear them for work which is near 60 hours a week.
