Very Good for what your paying for.
This is my first review in awhile so bare with me.I got the itch to skate again after 6 and half years of being out of it. Being an adult now, dropping $100+ for a skateboard didn't make to much financial sense to me anymore. So I went on Amazon and found the best budget board I could find to really see if I would stick with it. Ive had this board for about 3 weeks, practice maybe 3 hours a week. That being said, I'll jump into the details.I really can't say anything negative about the board itself. Has a mild concave, very good pop from the start, no major defects I could tell. Trucks do come out of the box very loose, a quick adjustment to my desire and had no problems since, actually very surprised by the quality. The bearings are fantastic, they rolled just fine from the start, after breaking them in, it's goes like a dream. One push and you can get a good coast. Wheels are wheels, I'd say they're standard sized.Things that could be improved, the grip tape gets shredded. Pretty much from the first attempt of an ollie it started to peel. The picture is the most recent on took today, you can tell its are. After only 3 weeks of play? Kind of annoying. Then the detail was a little messed up, not a huge deal considering it's meant to get destroyed.Overall, your getting hell of a board for the price. I'm going to keep this one around till it dies. Hardware alone is worth the price in my opinion. A few minor improvements and Minority Skateboards would be a go to choice in any skaters book. Better than any Walmart deck your probably thinking about getting. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Good Starter Board, but Wears Out Quickly
I bought this board because my friend and I have gotten into skateboarding. I've never really skated much before, so I figured I'd buy a board that wasn't super expensive. The board looks really nice, has metal trucks, decent bearings, and the graphic is sweet too. After a couple of weeks of getting comfortable on the board, I started messing around with some simple tricks, just trying to ollie and shove-it.After a single night of practicing shove-its, the grip tape started to pull up at the edge of the board a decent amount. And after practicing (and failing) some ollies, the lamination of the wood that makes up the board actually started to separate. I knew at that point that I should invest in a better board. Also, the wheels say they are either 100a-101a (which is the hardness of the wheel), but they are definitely softer. Probably more like 80a-85a. I tried powersliding multiple times, and the board simply wouldn't rotate. The wheels were too "sticky".Since then, I've purchased a much better quality, brand-name board (Blind) and it holds up significantly better. The wheels on my new board are listed as 99a I believe (Spitfire wheels) and they slide much better than the wheels from the Minority board.OVERALL:It's a good starter board if you're mostly just riding around and not doing tricks, just trying to get comfortable. If you are seriously trying to get into skateboarding and attempting tricks, I would recommend checking out an actual skateboard website, like Skate Wearhouse. Or better yet, hit up your local skate shop and get a board there. Talking to someone in-person who knows about boards will be a significant help.

Much better than an entry board
Usually a beginner board is heavy and comes with thick wheels to prevent riders from falling off. Apparently this is more than a beginner board, though it not pro boards. It actually rides similar to a cheap element board. The good thing is a high quality board will speed up the practice for any tricks. So if you are learning skateboard and looking for a low budget board, this is your choice.

Poor Workmanship
This skateboard as received, was completely unusable. The hardware was tightened to different torques on all hardware. Some screws appeared countersunk into the skateboard deck and some stuck out. The pivot screw on the rear truck was completely stripped so that the truck just wobbled. I'm really disappointed with this purchase. It was my son's first skateboard and now I have to return it a week before Christmas. Glad I was able to catch these defects before it was wrapped.

A good skateboard that needs to be broken in before doing much
This board is a nice, inexpensive 8" by 31" deck with good trucks and bearings. The wheels come with a grip surface on them, which I think is to break in the bearings. The wheels are too grippy for much at the beginning, but after the surface on them wears off it is completely different. To be honest, the wheels and the grip tape on the deck itself are the only things I would change. The adhesive on the grip tape isn't the best and the tape material tends to tear on the edges, but it is hard to beat for the price. Overall a good buy.

Easily a 5-Star Product
Easily a 5-Star Product! The quality really surprised me.It didn't snap in half when I put my body weight on it (180 lbs, slim body frame). I'm able to lean forward and back so turning should be alright, the wheels didn't give. I also put my weight onto two wheels to see how it handle weight distribution and it stood up pretty well.Changing my review from 4 to 5 stars. I just tried this at a skate park near my house and it performed really well! Works best on smooth surfaces.

Great Beginner Board
For the price this board is phenomenal. Sturdy deck, pretty decent wheels and bearings, and pretty good trucks. Grip tape chipped off in some small spots on the edge of the deck when it hit concrete but other than that I never had any issues from any other part of the board, and I personally don’t think you’ll find one better this cheap. If you’re looking to learn how to skateboard but don’t want to spend a lot of money, you couldn’t go wrong with ordering this one.

Great!
For beginners it's a great start especially if you want a serious skateboard but don't have a skate shop near you or you are too scared/shy to go buy one in shop(like me).

Son Loves it!
Great great skateboard. Very well made, I was really impressed. Took a bit of time to arrive but my son loves it! The design is terrific and he was very pleased with this. It was a birthday gift as he had been begging for a skateboard for a while!

Good deal!
I got two of these skateboards for my son's who are 10 and 13 and they both said the boards are great! One of the boards started to creak right away but it didnt affect the ride at all.
