This book is really useful. I read it during my 300hr YTT and was able to learn how to guide a yoga nidra class. I would recommend this book whether you are a yoga teacher or a yoga student looking to deepen your practice.

I love the way Michele makes Yoga Nidra so accessible. She writes clearly and the book is organized in a way that allows us yoga teachers to get the most important information about the subject. This is great manual.

$10 for a 25 page book ??? really ? Must be a great book for a quarter a page... I will pass, especially when there are "free" guided Yoga Nidra dialogs all over the internet
