Hot mustard: Very delicious on everything from bratwurst and burritos, to soups and salmon. I'll definitely be buying this again when I run out.

While a light texture, the zing is impactful. I like it, not as terriyaiyee as I would have liked, so if that's what your looking for get straight terriyaki. Mahalo, I like it spicey.

For decade at least, I have been a die hard fan of Louisiana Hot Sauce, I put it on nearly everything. Then one day was trying out different Sriracha sauces for a recipe and Coco's, a nearby International grocery store, had a number of Sriracha sauces and this was the best. However, recently they stopped carrying it and the price on Amazon is about the same as the store one; so I bought two, as it will go fast, putting it on more things than what I used for the Louisiana Hot sauce. This has a perfect level of heat, about at a Jalepeno level.It is also non-GMO.

This sauce is great with a sweet and savory combo and just a little heat. It works well on a large variety of dishes complimenting many flavors well. Just a small amount packs a good amount of flavor. The bottle makes it easy to dispense cleanly and apply it as a glaze on top of a dish or add it to the side as a dip. It has a medium jelly thickness that doesn't run too much.

This is a tasty take on a sriracha chili sauce. It has the pretty classic basic ingredients of chili, garlic, sugar, salt, and acid. The sriracha sauce I've had the most in the past is Huy Fong and I would say that this has a little more sweetness and less bite in comparison. The rooster brand has vinegar 5th on the ingredient list, and this sauce has acetic acid (the acid in vinegar) 7th.I do really really enjoy the balance of sweet and heat with this sauce, and it's flavorful enough that you don't need much so the bottle should last a while. I also like that it has no added sulfites. It does need to be refrigerated after opening.It's a bright red sauce that is it's own spin on sriracha, and there are definitely times when I would reach for this specifically even if I have other varieties on hand. I especially like it on chicken and veggies.

I ordered the sriracha mayo chili sauce, and I'm obsessed! It is a little spicier than some other brands of sriracha mayo I've tried, and that may be due to a larger ratio of sriracha to mayo just from looking at the color, but it is so tasty and goes very well with a variety of foods. I like to add this to salads, bowls, and sometimes just straight on a vegetable almost like a dip. It also shipped in perfect condition, and I had no issues with leaks or packaging.
