Iron Bull Support You Can Count On!
As an elite lifter, now in my sixties, I am happy to report that the Iron Bull Strength Knee Sleeves are a great buy. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and they look cool too. On a personal note, I had a couple of knee surgeries years ago and am quite cautious as to what I use for knee support during my workouts. The Iron Bull sleeves provide me with the stability (and confidence) to attack the heavier weights without fear of slippage. They compress well, are relatively easy to slip on, and they remain in place throughout the range of motion. As far as comfort goes, they are snug (as they should be) but breathe well. I've discovered that the easiest way to put them on is to turn them inside out, leading with the smaller opening, and slide them over your calf to a couple of inches below your knee. Grab the wider opening below, pull it over the sleeve, then over the knee until the wider opening wraps around the lower thigh. Slide your fingers under the bottom and top openings to adjust as needed. Live, eat, and lift freely!

Massive Improvement over Fabric Sleeves
These sleeves are high quality, durable, and give just the right compression to help alleviate my knee discomfort. I have been using fabric sleeves for a while, and these are in a totally different league. The two items do not even compare. Background: I'm 48 and I've been doing crossfit for about 3 years now. I have had knee issues for over a decade, so once my squats, cleans, etc started to get heavier, I went to using knee sleeves, but never noticed much difference. I decided to come off my wallet and get some quality sleeves after recommendations, and I wish I had done this sooner! These are thicker - lunges are more comfortable. These are more supportive. I'm getting more depth in my squats. These are flexible. I have no issues catching a clean or snatch and moving quickly. My only obstacle is getting them over my large calves to get them to my knee. I went by the measurement and sizing guide, and they fit my knee perfectly, once I get them past my calves. However, the struggle is worth it. Once they are in place, they don't move, and I almost forget about them.

Great knee sleeves
Extremely good knee sleeves. I had my first pair for 7 years. I still wear them at work for support and light protection. Stone masonry is hard on everything and these have held up. They keep my arthritic knee warm, and quite supported throughout the day. I notice when I don't wear them. These have an elastic bounce that makes my knee feel bionic. In the gym they're the only ones that haven't split out of my decent assortment of sleeves. Good buy.

Great until they wear out
These were great while they were great. I used them in about 200 crossfit classes over a year. They probably started to break down after 150 classes but I kept wearing them I guess because that's what I had and they still provided some support. But after a year of crossfit 4.5 days/week they were done. I don't know if other brands would hold up any better. This was my first pair of knee sleeves and I really liked them.

Provides support as described.
Easy to put on, able to be worn under dress clothes, and immediately supports and comforts a painful knee.

Glad I got these - The band at the top works.
I've only worn these once in the gym and they were excellent. I think I'm going to like these going forward. They fit better than my former "goto" brand which was pro fitness. The band around the top works great to keep them in place which makes a difference in the fit. My size was not available from Pro fitness, so I took a chance on Iron Bull. Glad I did. I'll keep you updated on longevity. I'm very hard on knee sleeves. We do all of the Olympic lifts in CrossFit but also lots of walking lunges with dumbbells, barbells, and odd objects. Knee sleeves also act as knee pads to protect knees from touching the ground which is required for a valid rep. I did 90 walking lunges and not a mark on them. But that was just one day.

Lasted about a solid year.
Purchased July of 2024 writing a review August 2025. Ordered these for squat support while working out. I really liked the comfort and the support they provided. Kept my knees warm as well which was a major plus since my gym leg room is always extremely cold. My normal way of putting these on was to fold the top half down and pull up over my knee and roll up after placement so I was a bit bummed out when I noticed the foam was tearing on the inside inner top of them. I don’t keep my nails long either so I know it wasn’t due to that so overall, for having them about a year wearing them 2 times a week for leg day, I would say that I did get a good amount of use for them for the price paid. I’m going to be trying some non foam ones next but as mentioned I loved the comfort and compression they provided which made me give them 5 stars.

Calidad-precio
