When the lock down was looming I decided my daughter would need a computer to keep up to date with her school work. I am not technical at all so was cautious but decided to go with this apple imac after reading all the reviews.Wow, so glad I did. Looks like brand new. Not a mark in sight. So easy to set up, I managed without even having to bother my technical friends. We are now all systems go. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. My daughter is over the moon although that's more to do with playing her games on it rather than doing school work. Word is pre installed which is great. I purchased this computer for my girlfriend and have had nothing but problems with it from the very start. On turning the computer on, immediately there was a continued annoying knocking sound.Continuing with the annoying knocking background sound, my girlfriend found the screen to be glitching, just to add to the annoyance.She then tried upgrading the system by contacting Apple but was told by them, this computer is archaic and no updates would be possible.On trying to do anything, boxes appeared all over the screen and she spent longer closing things down, than actually using the computer. She is so disappointed with a product, which if you believe the write up, is fantastic, THIS IS NOT THE CASE.I contacted the seller requesting a refund, pointing out the problems and there customer service is on par with what they sold me, glitchy and annoying.I didn't receive a free postage returns label and was expected to pay the postage, which I dread to think what that would be. I therefore contacted the seller and they asked me to take a picture of the glitching screen.I unpacked the computer set it all back up again(oh how I'd missed that knocking sound) and tried to capture a speed of light glitch on the screen!As you can imagine, I was unsuccessful and all I captured was the screen(surprise surprise). I have repacked the computer now for the second time and messaged them(I cant wait to see what they ask me to do next) requesting once more for the free postage label to be issued.You only find out how good a company is, when there is a problem, and I have found out they are not very good.

Bought it for my daughter.Looks like new. Delivery was very quick. Keyboard and mouse added was a bit of a joke, but that’s quite understandable so I replaced those. Operating system El Capitan does not support apps like adobe illustrator, photoshop.Also doesn’t work for Disney plus, Netflix (was working at first and now it’s not).It also had difficulty with keeping it steady with WiFi (dips in and out a lot).I’m guessing it’s ok for browsing internet, doing school work. But needs word and similar downloading separately. I hoped it can do a bit more.I would not recommend. Put that money towards something better.Computers, it and such is not my strong side, so it’s me not them, but save your money.

I purchased this item after my IMac G5 started to crash.It was delivered on time a well packed for protection.It came with a wireless mini keyboard and mouse,It was easy to set up and is in excellent condition.My main use is to access the internet, Excel, Word and Music and is perfect for my needs.The only issue I have is the keyboard, when the " key is pressed you get @ and vise versa, it is not a problem now I am aware of it.An Excellent buy.

The El Capitan IOS release installed cannot be upgraded to anything - worth knowing that this is a 10 years old model if you want to upgrade. This useful information is missing on the sellers' product info.

Received the parcel three days earlier than expected, brilliant. The iMac looks like new and works perfectly. Keyboard and mouse ok but once received connected my Apple keyboard and Magic Mouse to complete the look. My only concern was a sticky label on the silver edge of the screen and once pulled off too came off the silver paint. Besides that Very happy and would recommend to buy 😁
