Westlab Magnesium Flakes - Relaxing - 1 kg

I buy magnesium flakes regularly but this is the first time I have tried this particular brand. I was not disappointed. The flakes dissolve in the bath instantaneously and provide relief for my aching back. There is no aroma. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

Have bought this a few times now. Even had it as a standing order. It is well packaged and quite long lasting. My only criticism is that they frequently inflate the price, so if you have it as an automatic order you can end up paying a minor fortune for it.

Read that put in the bath water, magnesium flakes help better sleep. I have no idea if that is true but you'd need a box full of these sachets if you want to use regularly which would be costly. I just take a magnesium capsule before bedand some melatonin.

Great remedy for relaxation and replenish lost salts from chronic back issues. Always makes me feel a lot better after a good soak.

Good price and does the job of relaxing and help to calm your state.

A little goes a long way....have been enjoying the benefits of spraying this on my painful muscles and feel that it helps.

Sehr gute Verpackung und leicht anzuwenden. Aber Stern Abzug dafür dass hier nicht erwähnt ist dass die Packung bei Minimaldosierung nur 4 Anwendungen hält. Bei Maximaldosis ist 1kg für ein Vollbad gedacht. Daher auch der günstige Preis.

Esta mal descrito su uso es externo para baños .La calidad precio está sobrevalorada puesto que se derrite en poco tiempo al no usarlo

Se dilue très bien. Rempli son rôle pour coaguler le lait bouillant de soja pour faire du tofu, pour soigner un soucis digestif, ou pour entrainer une purge de l'organisme (une bonne cuillère à café suffit).Mais ça reste du chlorure de magnésium, c'est pas bon au goût...

wer einen Mangel an Magnesium hat badet gut darin,über die Haut ist es besser aufzunehmen als über den Magen.Sehr für Kinder und ältere Menschen zu empfehlen.Meinem Sohn würde ich niemals in ein Chemobad setzen, lieber in Magnesium.Er liebt es seit Geburt und seine Haut ist wirklich schön!
