I bought this for my tooth ache . I had to wait for dentist appointment for 8 days. I bought a different brand from a shop. But it was extremely bitter . It hurt my gum . Even I diluted it . This one is great. I add a little olive oil and lukewarm warm water . 3-4 drops on a cotton ball. There we go. Taste was ok. No burning sensation. Less than 15 mins. My pain almost disappeared.
