Stores we'll and is great for practicing judo falls and moves
Fantastic mat. We bought it for our children (9 & 11) to practice their judo break falls and moves on and it works great.We had to buy a non slip mat to go underneath as we have laminate in our room so the material of the mat just slides wheb they fall onto it but now with the non slip mat under its great, it doesn't move and is a great depth for them so they don't get hurt.The mat is a great size and folds up so the kids can easily get it out and put it away them selves.I would definitely recommend and this could be used for many different things.
