This Airbrush is a MUST-HAVE
I ordered this airbrush about 5 days ago, it shipped quickly, it works great, and it is definitely superior to most airbrush reproductions. This is an upper-mid-range airbrush and its performance is nothing less than superior. I have used Iwata airbrushes that did not perform as well as this one. I am extremely happy with this purchase.Note: When purchasing a hose for this airbrush, make sure that the threaded ends are correct for the compressor that you are using. If you are using a general-purpose compressor, pay attention to the quick-disconnect connectors.Items you will need to keep your airbrush working properly:CompressorMoisture trapLubricationHaving said all of that, I love this airbrush. It is extremely precise, and very durable.

A solid airbrush for the price.
I purchased this airbrush on a whim, the Prez needed a toy... This is my second Point Zero airbrush, the first being a side-feed model. While I own several high to very high end airbrushes I am fascinated by the Chinese imports. I keep expectations in line with the price and so far I'm impressed with the value offered by these imports.I just finished using this Point Zero for some detail work on a 1/72 scale model aircraft. As a "research" project I decided to use an import for all the painting. I started with a $19.99 siphon feed from a big tool store. While this did a reasonable job, control was challenging. So lets try the Point Zero. Huge improvement. Fine lines were easy, with a steady, even increase in coverage as the trigger was drawn back. That's more like it.This would be an airbrush someone new to airbrushes might consider. I'm not of the faction that suggests starting with something better ($$$.$$) . In another review I stated that in the beginning I had the same problems with all of my airbrushes regardless of price. While the learning curve for proper operation is not monstrous, it will take time. If, out of frustration, you take a hammer to that beautiful GSI Creos PS770, you're out $245. These things happen...

Good overall
Not great for detail cause thereโs a little overspray but overall it atomizes well and does pretty good work. If you wanted something to run base coats in, this is awesome

I took a chance, boy was I wonderfully surprised!
I bought a Master Cool runner II Airbrush compressor and brush. I had absolutely NO luck in getting the brush to work. So I figured, maybe I had a bad brush. I bought a second Master Airbrush (airbrush only) and had the SAME problems. I didn't touch the thing for about 4 months. I did some research and folks in the Miniature painting community swore by Badgers and Iwatas. The past year has been rough financially, isn't it for everyone, so I was hesitant to drop a $100 or more on a brush. I found an Iwata Neo on sale at Hobby Lobby, but there were none to be had within 50 miles of me.So I ordered another comparable airbrush. It NEVER arrived! So being burned 3 times now I took a chance on the chepo airbrush. Not expecting much I found that it was packaged quite nicely, felt good and solid and looked fairly decent. One problem I had was the air connection didn't fit my Master Hose. Fortunately the connector screwed off and I was able to screw on the one from my other brush that did connect.I fired it up and proceeded to paint a spare piece. HOLY COW! Was I impressed! I was able to use low pressure, get a good spray and it covered my object quite nicely. a little bit of fidgeting with the pressure, adjusting my mixture and I was going to town!Clean up was absolutely freaking simple! The Masters took forever to clean out and most of the time I had to completely disassemble them to get it cleaned. The Point Zero cleaned in NO time with VERY little effort. I took it to the sink, ran water in it to clean the majority of the paint out then sprayed airbrush cleaner for a couple of cups full until it ran clear. Quick, easy and completely clean!I plan on getting a couple more to put different size needles in so I don't have to disassemble it each time. Just mark 'em and pick the brush that suits the job.I certainly recommend this brush! Their store has quite a few accessories and parts, even full compressors. Definitely worth a look see.

Airbrush is superior at this price!!!
Airbrush shipped quickly, it works great!! I do military models and free-hand camo is a breeze with this air brush!! This is an upper-mid-range airbrush and its performance is nothing less than superior. I have a Badger airbrush that does not perform as well as this one. I am extremely happy with this purchase!!

Did not last long. O-Rings not solvent safe.
I bought this for spraying a variety of hobby paints and it worked really well for the first three or four uses but then it stopped spraying consistently, eventually stopping altogether. I'm not spraying thick paints, mostly heavily thinned lacquers and enamels (although I sprayed some thinned acrylics prior to the problems) I am a beginner airbrush user so this may be partially user error, I did not take it apart to clean the first few times (just blew thinner through it and did the blowback thing to clean it out) but did completely break it down after the problems started occuring and it is 100% clean inside and still doesn't work. The O-ring on the nozzle fell off after soaking it in mineral spirits for a while to clean it out and the trigger will fall out when cleaning and is a pain to get back in place. I don't feel ripped off because the thing was so cheap but your mileage may vary.

professional brush at low cost
Great brush. Ive been using a single action and I hated cleaning it with the siphon feed. This airbrush takes some getting used to with it being dual action, but I already like it for the gravity feed cause it will use every last drop of paint. I would recommend it if you have a little experience. If new to airbrushing, single stage would be easier.

Much better than I would have thought at this price
For the money this AB is very good. I use this in painting models. I have a Japanese brand that costs 10 times more. This brush is not as good as it, but about half as good. Lays down a fine line if you use very thin paint at 20 PSI or less. Don't expect to paint a house with this thing. It will do between an 1/8" and a 1/4" pattern very well. You can paint up to about 1/2" pattern My other AB from Japan will do 1/16" or less line, but other than that, the only difference is in the finish of the brush and quality of the material. So great value for the money. If you are a professional painter, you need a better brush. But if you can live with not so fine a line, buy this and save up for the more expensive ones. Comes with standard air fittings for most compressors or other air sources. If you use the canned air, make sure your adapter works with standard fittings.ProsDual action: means you can adjust both the paint flow amount and air pressure volume through the AB's trigger.Gravity feed means you can use lower PSI.All metal construction..3mm needle for fine spray patternSolid with good feel.ConsNot sure where I can find a replacement needle or nozzle. But at this price, I'd just buy another AB!If you need to paint a lot, paint cup is ok but you might have to refill it to complete the job.Cleaning has been no problem. But I do use hobby acrylics and they clean up with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol. Not sure how well this AB will work with other more chemical paints. If you use it with lacquer paints and don't clean it, you are likely to have it freeze up on you and need some a REAL cleaning/Solvent soak. Nothing different here, regardless of cost of the AB. Clean and you are good. Don't clean and yoy wish you had.I have used this for about two months, off and on, with no issues.
