That's when I realized the fragrance simply needed proper maceration. Fortunately, I hadn't thrown it away. So, if you buy this perfume and feel underwhelmed during the first few wears, don't be too quick to judge it. Give it 8–10 sprays and let it macerate for about 1 to 1.5 months. Then wear it again—you'll notice a dramatic difference. The projection, sillage, and longevity become absolutely phenomenal. For such an affordable clone of Bleu de Chanel (BDC), the performance is nothing short of exceptional. At this price point, it's incredibly difficult to find a fragrance that delivers this level of quality and performance. Highly recommended.
