Great trampoline and the kids have been loving it for the last couple of weeks, the mrs built it on her own and only took her a couple of hours to do, must admit I was not looking forward to the assembly when I got home from work but got home to find it fully assembled with just the last couple of safety net pole clamps to tighten. After sales service has been second to none, emailing me to see if everything was ok and not trying to pressure me into a review. I bought the 10ft trampoline just days before the 2018 upgrade where the price dropped by £20 and the warranty increased to 2 years. The after sales team have since refunded me the £20 extra I payed and the have increased the warranty to 2 years aswell since my trampoline was from the upgraded batch. Thank you again and never had such a great experience with a seller and can't recomend them enough.

“No you can’t have a trampoline” has been the stock answer for many years but I finally gave in... and this has to be the best purchase I’ve made for ages. If you are in any doubt then measure your space and buy it!The 12 foot trampoline comes in three reasonably heavy and large boxes so assembly is definitely a two person task from the start. The boxes being broadly: frame poles, mat/springs & more poles and net & poles plus rain cover.The contents of each box are immediately and visibly of good quality with nice touches such as two sets of gloves to protect your hands. (Having assembled our trampoline on a cold day the gloves were definitely needed to handle the poles)The assembly was straight forward (approx two hours with one adult and two children) but definitely watch a YouTube video first as the written instructions weren’t that easy to follow.We laid out all the pieces broadly in a circle, assembled the base by just slotting the pieces together. Adding the mat was tricky due to some dodgy counting by my assistants meaning we had to undo some springs but the tool provided made this relatively straightforward. Then the padding is added and the edge clipped into place. The final piece with the net and poles was fiddly, maybe two adults would have been easier, but we slid all the poles and padding into the net and then fixed the poles to the trampoline frame. I did use a socket set to fix the net poles to the trampoline poles instead of the tool provided but that was just for speed.All through assembly the children were constantly saying things like... “this is much better than this friend’s one”. Things they noticed were:- no gap between the jumping area and springs- better padding over the springs- taller net than others they had used.- a bouncier jumping area (maybe due to being new!)In the interests of a balanced review I would say the only negative points would be:- the jumping area is quite slippery so non-slip socks help.- the ladder is not as high quality as the rest of the trampoline, but perfectly adequate.And finally, yes I have had a go and can report it is good fun for adults as children!

My children love this trampoline - we have 4 kids, so went for the 15ft version, which is REALLY big, but means they can all play safely on it together which is great. It is really sturdy and well built, however one point to note is that you should weigh the bottom down with sandbags etc. Initially we didn't do this (didn't even consider it as it is so heavy to move, takes 3 people) but Storm Barney lifted it up like a giant sail and landed it on the 6ft wall between us and a neighbour!Thankfully only one small section was damaged seriously and Direct Power Customer Service were amazingly helpful in replacing the broken section as soon as I contacted them. Brilliant product and great customer service, highly recommended.

Purchased for our 7&8 year oldsFirst trampoline we've ever had that husband could quickly assemble on his own attaching opposite springs each time It's light enough to move around the lawn regularly Really pleased with it and although 14" is massive we can have several kids on it at once Compared it to cheaper & more expensive plum ones and decided on this due to extras included such as laddrer & shoe bag plus the weight limit was higher than others. Shoe bag wasn't sent. Emailed seller and had it posted the next day. Would highly recommend

This is a solid product that looks as if it'll last quite a few years. Instructions are fairly easy to follow and took 2 of us 1.5 hours to put together. It was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Unfortunately the shoe bag wasn't included in the delivery but this was resolved immediately by email. Fantastic customer service and a quality product.

Bought last year for 11-year old. Has proved very successful in getting her outdoors. Kept it covered over the winter weighed down, but was caught out by a storm a while back when I had left it uncovered. We are in a very windy area and it overturned, causing 3 of the steel lower net holders to bend. I was unable to straighten these, but Lan in Product Support provided excellent customer service and replacements arrived very quickly. Furious bouncing has resumed .

Very helpful seller who has always helped when needed and dealt with any issues speedily.Kids enjoy the trampoline. Decent size and sturdy (10Ft)Would definitely recommend.

Once assembled this is great, but it was really hard to get the springs on hence the lower score. My incredibly strong husband found it very difficult, and myself as average female would not have been able to do it.
