Suede Repair Patch Self Adhesive for Sofa, Car Seat – Brown 28×20cm

Great item, easy to apply and does a good job of covering splits in the fabric of my sofa, without being noticeable

It sticks very well to the old leather. Not so well to the grey cushioning under the torn area, but it sticks so well to the leather around it that I wouldn't be able to tell. It's lovely and soft to the touch and a nice colour. Good thick quality, too.

I have a Barbour jacket with a seriously damaged tartan lining. The bottom part showing not just wear but rather big holes! This was due to the top of my legs chafing when cycling. I tried stitching but the result was underwhelming to say the least. So I thought to give this a try. I cut the rather large (28x20cm) MastaPlasta patch in two long pieces which I applied to either side of the liner and problem solved! It is extremely sticky so I don't think it will come off. The adhesive side seems reinforced so it will not (hopefully) wear down easily. I got the Brown Suede which is a perfect match (it is a man made material but I don't care because it does not go on real leather). Overall very impressed with the result and how easily it was accomplished. 4 stars instead of 5 only because ~£15 for an A4 sheet seems very expensive to me.

I bought this product several months ago and held off on a review to see how it worked. I am so pleased that I bought this, my sofa arm pillars have been shredded by my cats and had holes and stuffing coming out. I was a bit concerned this product would not stick as the sofa fabric is ridged like a thick cord and therefore not a flat surface to stick to. But I need not have been concerned, I cut lengths from the roll and they adhered to the surface no problem, they are still in place several months later and the cats have given up scratching (almost straight afer application) as the smooth surface of this patch means that they cannot stick there claws in and they just slid down. Overall great solution!

The roll was easy to use and very good value. I repaired two bean bags, the whole process was very quick and so far so good in terms of the patches adhering. The repairs aren’t subtle, but but as I can move them to the bottom of the bean bag that isn’t an issue.

We bought this as the dog ripped a hole in sofa. We tried 2 other brands of repair patches but couldn't get a colour match, so we tried this one and it's spot on. It's very strong adhesive sticky back and the suede finish is spot-on. Fully recommend

Like it says on the tin. Perfect.

Would buy again

The back is sticky and has held up so far.
