Processed 40 pounds of venison jerky with this, and it worked so well! It disassembles and survives a trip through the washing machine. The extra tip types are nice to have. I'm not sure the sausage casing tube is long enough, I havent done cased sausages yet, but perhaps it will.

Lots of accessories and the price was right. My husband uses this to make jerky from beef that we raise ourselves. He loves it.

Worked pretty well for jerky.

The product was very nice during unboxing all the stainless parts are really nice from the barrel to the different shaped tips but the pistol grip handle is garbage. I made my first batch of jerky with it and it is so low quality that the handle you squeeze is so weak it flexes so bad it barely pushes out the meat. I don't know if the company makes a metal replacement or not but if they do don't waste your time with this cannon with the plastic handle go for a metal one if you can find one. You won't be happy with this product. I would of gave this product 5 stars because of the high quality stainless barrel and stainless tips but the fact that it doesn't function correctly because the low quality plastic handle bending makes me have to give it 1 star because it doesn't matter how high quality the rest of it is if it doesn't work the way it should it doesn't matter how nice the other stuff is
