We are a big hula hooping family. It's great exercise and fun too. The wavy part must be good for your core muscles. It first hurts a little around the waist, but then you get used to it. No bruises here. My kids love it. It was easy to put together and the colors are fun. I highly recommend this for fun and exercise. You don't have to be coordinated or an athlete to do this.

Bought this as a gift for my son who was really wishing for a hula hoop. He loves it. You have to put it together, but it's really easy & stays together just fine. My 9 year old can use it, but so can my petite adult self. This is much better and sturdier than the junky, lightweight hoops you find in the stores.

I purchased this, for my daughter, and I to share. It hasn't been as durable as I'd hoped. The sections don't stay connected very well.

I was expecting something for weight loss. I understood it was 1 lb. but it is flimsy and light. The rings hurt and the circle isn't a circle, it is wavy. This product sucks and I will probably return it.

Shipped fasted and packaged niceIt was kind of hard to get it together, the last step was hard to snap it, but overall putting it together wasn't difficult. Nice colors. Comes with directions, I haven't really looked at them.One thing I don't like is the hard plastic, it ends up hurting when you hulahoop. I only do it for afew min each time as I try to accustom myself to it

This hula hoop is a wonderful way to get your heart racing. I just love it. Have so much fun working it out. You can really feel a difference in your abs after doing it only a few times. My two sons have hula hoops too and we hoop together. We have so much fun. I would highly recommend this hoop because it's not too heavy and still gets the job done, not to mention tons of fun.

After quite a bit of research on good quality Sports hoops for my 3 granddaughters I decided on the Wavy Hoop for Exercise. Had no idea how many options there were out there. They were such a good decision...very colorful, sturdy, and easy to use. That will be a Christmas gift they will never wear out. Assembly was literally a snap and twist.

This is a nice hula hoop but it is not for kids its huge. I bought this for my 4 year old daughter but this hula hoop is too big for even me to use I can believe that they list this as a kid sized hula hoop I am very upset that I wasted my time and money
