MetaboLife Ultra - Dietary Supplement - Hunger Supplement for Women & Men - 800 mg, 45 Caplets

I've only had this for a few days so can't tell you if you lose weight with it.

I've been taking metabolife for over 20 years as an appetite surpressant . I anly take 1 a day after my morning coffee . It keeps me from eating all day long which is what I catch myself doing if I forget to take it . I believe it gives me the extra energy to keep busy on projects for about 6 - 8 hours especially if you get started about an hour after taking . I do not take in the afternoon or evening because it would keep me awake when trying 2 sleep . When I worked nights I took 1 tablet before going 2 work . Metabolife has change several times over the years , the original was the best . I have tried the extreme energy & it is also good but it does make me feel a little jittery unless I stay very busy all day long . I recomend metabolife to help you lose weight & keep it off . I am 64 & take it to keep from gaining the weight back & I believe it is why i still feel 30 & can out do my husband & adult kids as far as my energy level goes ..

A waste of money

I lost three pounds within five days.

I've tried different dietary supplements...and MetaboLife Ultra is the one that works best for me. Gives me energy...curbs my appetite...give me a feel good feeling about myself. As long as it keeps doing this....I'll keep buying it!

I haven't noticed the reduction of my hunger by much. Normally, after I've eaten I have had a little stomach discomfort that I think is my stomach telling me that I ate too much. I'm trying to concentrate on reducing my food intake consciously

I've been using Metabolife, off and on, for about 20 years now! These pills suppress my ravenous appetite greatly! They're the best I've ever tried! They also give me an energy boost, so DON'T take them after 2pm if you're an early riser, or you may have insomnia? They're about $20 a bottle at Target, but as usual around the new year, they've been out of stock! Folk making New Year resolutions to slim down i suppose? The sellers on AMAZON are very expensive, but I was in a jam and had no other alternatives! I give Metabolife an A+ though!!!

I use this to stop me from feeling so hungry and it does that for me. Pretty expensive but if it helps me stop eating it is worth it overall.
