Updated review: This item is hit or miss and it is no fault of the seller. I would say the mixed reviews are accurate. Some work perfectly, while others are faulty. Just make sure you check yours as soon as you purchase so you can return it if it's faulty. I am upgrading my review from 1 to 4 stars because of the seller's customer service. They issued me a full refund despite being outside of my return window, and without me asking for it. They did NOT ask me to change my review, I am doing it purely out of gratitude. If the bath had not leaked, I would give it 5 stars. Original review: I thought I was in love with this thing until I realized that it had leaked from the bottom and soaked my area rug, rug pad and carpet. I was very mindful of the water level and kept it between the minimum and maximum levels. Another review mentioned a bottom drain, so I don’t know if there is a way for me to close it and stop the leaking. If so, I’d love to know how. My return window is closed and I don’t want to be stuck with a defective item.

It's a good size, the red lights work as intended, and the rollers are lovely. The bubbles are loud but they're also fun so I don't care. The only problem I had with this product is that if you set it to 100, the heater turns off at 101 but the water heats to around 105. Other than that, still a nice warm foot bath.

- UPDATE- After posting my review, the company reached out to me and sent me a new tub. I was finally able to use it this weekend (after having surgery a few weeks ago) I used it out on my concrete patio in case this one leaked as well. However it did not. I was able to do an at home pedicure and it worked as advertised. The water stayed warm, and the bubbles helped rejuvenate my feet. Leaving one star off for poor QA/QC, as I shouldn't have received a defective product first. --I was so excited to get this. Took it out of the box and read the instructions. First use and it leaked!!!!! So disappointed!!! I was really hoping to use this for at home pedicures since the closest nail salon is 34 miles from home. But unless I want to mop up water, looks like I will be returning for a refund

I’ll start by saying the only con I had is when first buying you don’t really understand the temperature control and it can be kind of intimidating as it can get very HOT very quickly; however, after figuring out the temp situation this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. The size and depth that the tub has is AMAZING and it aids in not spilling water all over your home when you’re doing a pedicure. It also allows for space to actually move your feet.The temperature setting is another plus. I’ve never had a pedicure tub that actually heated the water and wasn’t wonky. The temp setting actually heats up and after about five minutes your feet feel as if you were sitting in an actual salon. Overall I really am glad I bought this pedicure tub.

Works to hard to keep a selected temperature. To hot to cold type a thing maybe different if used in a small area,just not well in ac filled living room maybe ?
