Valterra A30-0600 Rope Light Trak

Bought this for our RV awning. It went on super easy and we also purchased the Valterra 14589 Rope Lights 18 Feet to go with it. They paired nicely with each other. The nice thing about this light track system is that you put it in and you never have to take it down. You can wind up your awning and travel with the tracks still in place. That is what we have done and have had no problems. Also, even with wind, travel, etc, we have never had any problems with our track. It stays nicely in place and does a great job of holding the rope light. I highly recommend!

This track is awe sum. It holds the lights as well as a sun shade. Easy to install and to take down when packing up. I would recommend this product to anyone that has a camper.

Bought this light track for our RV awning to hold a rope light I purchased. It slid right into the space on our awning. There are two separate channels on this track assembly so you can install your rope lights in one track and the regular utility hooks in the other track. Be sure to install each section going the same way. (It took me a couple of tries, but once I figured it out, it installed like a breeze.) Another person said you can roll up your awning with the track left in (not with the lights installed) and I did that. It was fine. Good quality, heavy plastic. I would recommend.

does the trick very well. I've had these up for a few months and they installed easy and hold the lights well. However, I would recommend taking them down when rolling up the awning.

Everytime we went camping, we had to deal with the hangers for the lights, untangle the line the lights, etc. And then if it was suppose to storm, we had to go through the whole process again. No more...this rope light track works great - you snap it into the awning track and you are done! When time to take down, just as easy. Great investment!!

On our particular awning rail, the fit was not great. I slid the sections in from the end, but found that I could remove them by tilting them up and pulling them straight out. They did stay put when used to support the light rope, but I am not sure they will work to support an added shade panel without popping out of the track.

This Trak is a great way to use rope lights. My husband had to actually add a grove on our end cap of our awning, but he said it was an easy fix. It slides in very easy and there are many ways that it can be utilized, by adding screens or even a decorative flag. We use our outdoor area so much when we are camping that this lets us put up our lights in an attractive manner.

Works exactly as advertised. I like it much better than the velcro hangers I used before. Just use caution when installing the pieces into the slot in the awning, because they're brittle, and pieces CAN snap off, so take care not to use too much force when inserting them.

A little tricking getting it into the track as the arms are in the way when fully extended. It is in multiple pieces so will fit a variety of canopy lengths (left me with one spare which is nice).The only gripe I have is that it sticks out quite far and I am worried about retracting with them in place...a small grip considering how well it works.
